Brooke made sure everything went smoothly so we didn't have to worry about a thing. She paid attention to every detail and kept things on track that were out of our control.
- She went back to the airbnb when the girls forgot their bouquets
- Asked the DJ to hold starting the reception walk outs when the photographer was stuck in traffic so we could have photos of it
- Added florals to the cake when that was missed. She did it beautifully!
- Coordinated details with the photographer all day
- Created and handed out schedules to the whole wedding party the night before so everyone knew what to do

She created breakdown lists I genuinely needed to keep my sanity, built a timeline that didn’t miss a single beat, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks — even with all the extra little things I added that required a bit more planning.

Day-of, she was everywhere she needed to be before anyone even realized it — wrangling kids, keeping the guys on track (no easy task 😂), bringing us food and cake, communicating with our photographer and videographer, stepping in with the DJ to make sure everything happened exactly how we wanted, and even helping with my dress change. Truly… a woman of all things!
