In most cases, the savings experienced by our clients through our keen negotiating skills and vendor connections pay for the cost of hiring us, if not more. As planners, we can take advantage of discounts not available to private parties because of the repeat business we offer to vendors. We also help our clients avoid costly mistakes such as paying too much for a service.

What are our Standards?

From extravagant Oceanside galas to small backyard affairs, we treat each event with the same dedication and attention as if it were our very own. We make it our responsibility to carry out your wishes exactly as you’ve envisioned down to the very last detail, but, with the same passion as if you had done it yourself. Through the entire planning process, we pride ourselves on being great listeners and really understanding the vision you are trying to achieve. We hold ourselves to the highest professional standards and are extremely responsive to our clients; our goal is to make each client feel like they are our #1 and only client… as they should.

How do we Base our Pricing?

Infinite does not charge a percentage of your entire budget though we do factor our costs in to maintain it.  Also, we do not refer you to specific vendors in order to make a profit/commission. Instead, we provide you with vendors to best suit your style and budget and charge you a flat fee based on the work WE do, our time and our travel.
