We are beyond grateful to have had Infinite Events as our wedding planning team. From the moment we first met Erica, it was clear that we were in the hands of an absolute professional who truly understands what it’s like to create an unforgettable celebration. Erica brought not only expertise but also a remarkable sense of elegance to every aspect of planning. She met with my mom and I whenever we needed to go over details and make sure she had a good understanding of our vision. Most importantly, she took time to make sure both of our preferences were being shared and worked as the ultimate mediator whenever my mom and I butted heads! (Which was often lol).
Erica pays such an attention to details and is clearly very well connected within the regional wedding scene. Everyone we worked with was the best in the business and had such high opinions of her and her company. And when it came to our actual wedding day, everything felt like it went off without a hitch because she was on site with her entire team making sure things went smoothly. I wouldn’t have known if there was a disaster if I tried, because Erica and her team dealt with everything so well. This is what truly sets Infinite Events apart. I don’t think you can get more professional, high end planners! You will be in excellent hands. -

On our one-year anniversary, we are reminded of how grateful we are for everything Ashlie did to help make our wedding dreams a reality. We worked with her for more than two years while planning, and during that time she showed tremendous patience, shared wonderful ideas, and was always mindful of our requests and budget. Every recommendation she gave us turned out to be outstanding.
When the wedding weekend arrived, she ensured everything ran smoothly. She made sure we never missed out on the moments we were most excited for, and she kept us together so we could truly enjoy time with each other. She also took care of managing our guests so that we could be fully present.
We still miss our FaceTime calls with her, and we feel so lucky to now call her a friend. Working with her was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding, and we could not recommend her more highly.

The absolute BEST
Where to begin. I found Infinite events through a Facebook group, and knew as soon as our first call with Ashlie we had found our planner. As a girl who’s dreamt of her wedding since she was five, I knew I couldn’t handle this on my own. Ashlie absolutely blew me away with her ability to keep everything so organized as well as her time management skills. I knew if there was any question or issue, Ashlie had it covered. She found vendors with different price points that matched my style and presented them in a way that made it not at all stressful and easy to move forward. Not only was she professional, she also was there when the inevitable stress came out and was able to console me and assure me everything would be ok. (For that my family and husband are EXTREMELY thankful!)
I am not a design person, so picking menus and decor was daunting. Ashlie went into every meeting with a vendor with appropriate questions and ideas based on my personal style which took all stress off of me. She was able to breakdown my options and present them in a way that didn’t seem so overwhelming. She also has impeccable taste so her suggestions were very much appreciated! Her ability to design and plan such vastly different weddings and have them all look absolutely perfect is a true gift you want in your planner.
On the weekend of our wedding she was there for everything. She helped with welcome bags and tying up loose ends. Even when small things went wrong she was able to fix it without me even knowing. Even my father can’t stop talking about how amazing Ashlie was! Hiring infinite events was the smartest thing we did, they were worth every single penny and more! If you’re looking for the best, look no further! -

Absolutely Amazing Wedding Planner!
We had the most incredible experience with Erica and her team from start to finish, and the comfort in knowing that every detail was accounted for made the entire process so easy. Erica has a unique ability to bring dreams to life, and has an instinct to know exactly what you are looking for – whether it be décor, vendor choices, or the smallest details. She and her team have perfected the ability to keep things moving, always prepared for the next step and offering a calming influence that we sometimes needed (whether we knew it or not!). She continued to amaze us in her willingness to go above and beyond, suggest additional ideas, work tirelessly on our behalf, and handle the smallest details to make our lives easier. We truly became friends through the process and are so sad that it is over! She is responsive, energetic, fun, organized, and professional, but most importantly, she genuinely cares. The moment we had with Erica on our wedding day seeing months of planning come to fruition was one of the more powerful memories from our weekend and one we will cherish forever. Even the guests felt cared for by her team and we have had multiple people continue to comment on how thoughtfully-organized the entire weekend was, which is an incredible takeaway for people who have never met her! Looking back, we realized that we did not have one single worry on our wedding weekend – which made everything so much more fun and comforting! Where do i even begin?! Words do not do this entire team of miracle workers justice!!! I wish I could get married again just so I could work with Ashlie and Erica. I could not have made it through the planning experience without Infinite Events. Ashlie was there for me every step of the way. From design to planning to being a friend and sometimes therapist lol she did it all. Our wedding day turned out more beautiful than I could have even imagined and I cannot thank Ashlie enough for that. There are soooo many things that can slip through the cracks; hiring a planner was the best idea I could've made. From monthly/weekly check ins, to the midnight text meltdown, Ashlie was truly always there for me. The day of ran so smoothly; they went above and beyond and made us feel so special and taken care of. I'm so sad it's all over because I truly feel like I made a best friend during this process and I'm going to miss working with Ashlie so much. You won’t regret hiring Infinite Events!! Do it!!! From the first time I spoke to Ashlie on the phone, I couldn't wait to sign our contract together. My husband and I had spoken to multiple other wedding planners on the phone but the energy, attention to detail, positive attitude and connection that we instantly made with Ashlie made our decision crystal clear! Ashlie and the entire team at Infinite Events go above and beyond to make your wedding day EVERYTHING you imagined, and they fill in the gaps to things you never even thought of but they believed would make the day more special and more you. Ashlie was always extremely responsive to all communication (even when crazy me would send her a bunch of messages per day). Her bubbly personality, ease of talking to, and experience in the wedding industry especially when it came to booking vendors was priceless. An absolute joy to work with from beginning to end; my husband and I genuinely miss our weekly meetings with her. I cannot say enough good things about Erica , Ashlie and their team at Infinite Events in the space provided; every facet of our event was meticulously planned and executed. Small issues that did crop up (and there is always some kind of unforeseen glitch that does ) was handled deftly and without any interruption or disruption.
The coordination with the multiple vendors that we engaged would have been nearly impossible to manage for us without Erica's team's guidance and assistance.
I would not hesitate to engage Infinite Events for any future affairs and strongly suggest that anyone planning an event seriously consider their excellent services -

Infinite Events is pure magic
Infinite events is pure magic. From my first conversation with Erica, I knew we would be in the best hands for our wedding planning, our special day, and beyond. We didn’t have detailed visions for parts of our wedding. In those cases, Erica and Ashlie helped us create them whipping up options, making it all seem effortless and easy, and helping us get past roadblocks in decision making - like should we splurge on the band or is that price totally crazy and going to screw our budget?!
Other parts of the day we knew what we wanted, and even if it was different or not the traditional way of doing things, Erica and her team (Ashlie and Casey are AMAZING!) were always all in and our biggest advocates. If we hit a snag with another vendor and needed someone with hundreds of weddings in their back pocket to back us up, Erica and Ashlie took it off our hands before it could become an issue.
It’s hard to describe what makes Infinite Events so special. There’s an energy, love and care that was so far and away above what I experienced with other planners when researching. As we entered the wedding planning process, I had some reservations about how much to spend on wedding planning, especially since it seemed like we might be able to take some pieces on ourselves. Now that we’re on the other side, happily married(!!), I can emphatically say the only thing we’d do differently is hire Infinite Events for the few things that we did end up doing ourselves - rehearsal dinner, accommodations and transportation. The wedding planning, design, execution and day of support were flawless, and knowing what incredible work the team does we should have handed over every last detail. Worth every dollar and so much more knowing the very special memories we have of our wedding day. Thank you Erica, Ashlie, Casey and Infinite Events for pouring your heart into our wedding. If you are even thinking about hiring Infinite Events please do it!!! Erica, Ashlie and their team were an absolute dream to work with. They answered all of our (innumerable) questions with patience, understanding and kindness! It felt so good to know that the day of and weeks leading up to the wedding we had a team of incredible professionals to make sure that everything was OK. My husband and I remarked after "nothing went wrong, the day was perfect" and even if it I did I would have never known because Infinite Events took care of it! Most Amazing Wedding Planning Team
If there is one single thing that you do during wedding planning, it should be to hire Infinite Events. They are quite simply the best and are the entire reason that we had our dream wedding in Newport. Planning a wedding from out of state was overwhelming but Erica and Ashlie put us at ease and always had everything under control. They are hard working, organized, professional, and most of all genuinely fun people to be around. We loved getting to spend an extra year with them after postponing our date, which they navigated expertly. They handled even the smallest details and are truly experts — they thought of things that would have ended in absolute catastrophe if we had been planning ourselves. We had countless compliments from guests about how well executed and organized the weekend was and we attribute that entirely to Erica’s team. They allowed not only us, but our parents and the rest of our family and friends to truly sit back and enjoy the entire weekend. Erica and Ashlie are as good they come and we cannot recommend them enough! -

Simply Amazing!
Erica and the entire team at Infinite Events are simply AMAZING! We hired Erica shortly after my husband and I became engaged in 2019. Erica was there through the initial planning, talk of postponement, postponement, backup plan #1, backup plan #2 and our wedding day which finally happened August 2021! Through all the ups and downs Erica and team were there, and I will forever be so grateful for them!
Erica is extremely organized, creative, patient, honest and an overall an incredible person! She is so good at what she does, as is her wonderful team. Erica was able to offer me vision and direction during the design phase and then was able to offer solutions and options throughout the planning phase. My wedding day flowed with ease, and I enjoyed every second knowing I was in the best hands with Erica, Ashley, Casey and Sean!
My husband and I would have never been able to plan and have the wedding of my dreams without Erica! I cannot thank her and her team enough!

We hired Erica and her team for wedding design and month-of planning all the way back in 2019 for our summer 2020 wedding. Needless to say we got a lot more time with her than we all planned for as I just got married earlier this month (7/3/21)! Hiring Erica was hands down one of the best decisions we made in our planning process. A lot of detail below but tl;dr she is a rockstar and an incredibly organized, calm, and gracious professional who also just happens to be excellent at creating a beautiful, fun, and memorable wedding. Our day wouldn't have been half of what it was without her. The only thing I regret is not hiring her as our full wedding planner.
As soon as the pandemic hit Erica went above and beyond her job description in helping us reschedule, negotiating with our vendors for a new date, and just being such an incredible support during a very very hard time. Her kindness and strong connections with everyone in the Newport area became blatantly apparent during that crazy time. Everyone wants to do Erica favors and after working with her for over two years its no surprise why.
Pandemic planning aside, Erica connected me with vendors that were outside of what she was required to help us with, provided VERY delicate guidance when my mom and I clashed...often, and listened patently as I had more than a few breakdowns as I dealt with a newly handicapped parent, changing Covid restrictions, and downsizing my wedding.
The month-of she handled EVERYTHING. Her team is just as impressive as she is (shout out to Ashley who picked up my forgotten veil & looked for my lost six pence for my shoe in the pouring rain and found it(!!) just to name a few). I was able to be completely in the moment the entire day because Erica had it handled. So many things went wrong and she rolled with it and hid it from me when she could. Five stars doesn't cut it!!! -

Infinite Events - Casey, Virginia, and Sean - were wonderful to work with - I was able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day with their help!!! They provided day-of coordination, shuttle planning, and hotel room block support for us. Casey was so wonderful as we were rescheduling due to Covid!!
We had unseasonably cold weather + rain on the day-of, but our wedding day was still an absolute dream at The Rosecliff. Thanks to Casey & her team's extensive experience with The Rosecliff and all our other vendors, the day went so seamlessly, and even Casey & Virginia were having a fun time with the other vendors too, which totally made me smile!!! Infinite Events was a worthwhile investment in our daughter's wedding. As a former event planner and mother of the bride, I wasn't sure we needed a wedding planner. Boy was I wrong.
Having Erica and her team behind the scenes with the wedding from start to finish was priceless. Weddings are an expensive business and Infinite Events helped us make sure no detail was overlooked and also get the best value from the many vendors we worked with.
I could write pages of all the little details they finessed, how they helped the many family members involved work well together, the way the entire stressful experience was more fun knowing we had such a capable and caring team making sure nothing fell between the cracks.
The wedding day was flawless. When we got back to the house where the wedding party was staying, Infinite Events was making sure the room the bride and groom were in was ready. Rose petals on the floor, the neon wedding sign lighting the room, the bed fluffed and ready.
I can't say enough good things about Infinite Events. They are professional and caring and helped make our daughter's wedding day, and the 14 months leading up to it, a joy! They were a wedding investment that paid off in spades. -

Best Decision You Will Ever Make!
If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner...DO IT! And make sure you hire the Infinite Events team! If I could leave 10 stars, I would! Erica worked with me literally every step of the way, from venue selection down to welcome box items, there wasn't anything she couldn't make happen! Erica was an absolute pleasure to work with and a pro at managing all of the logistics of our wedding. She was great about communicating with me frequently so we were on the same page about what decisions needed to be made and what she was working on, etc. She is extremely creative and did a fabulous job of listening to what I was looking for and then narrowing down vendors to what worked best. We had a lot of little details at our wedding and she was fabulous at coming up with ideas and making sure they were all executed perfectly the day of! She and her team also put all of our welcome boxes together AND delivered them! It was things like this that took so much stress off me and let me focus my attention on other things. Erica also has a wonderful relationship with some absolutely amazing vendors. Having her industry knowledge when we were making our selections was such a help! Erica's talent at event design is really a site to behold. She transformed our venue into the most stunning place! Erica handled every single step of the planning process from our initial phone calls to ALL of the day of insanity with true professionalism and talent. She handled any issues that arose on the day of extremely calmly, so I wouldn't even know if something had gone wrong. She was always available if I had any questions or concerns. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about Erica and her team. They are a class act and booking Infinite Events for your wedding will 100% be the best decision you make! -

Dream Come True!
Our daughter's August 24, 2019 wedding was a Dream Come True! We couldn't be happier! As the mother-of-the-bride I realized that Erica was indispensable to our success! The list of To Do's can be extensive and overwhelming when planning a wedding, but with Erica's guidance, expertise and tender loving care our special event is a cherished, treasured memory forever. Erica's organization is extraordinary as she kept us on track every step of the way, adding valuable insights and creative details, all the while communicating in a supportive, kind and positive manner. Erica came recommended to us by our photographer, and boy were we happy that we reached out! Erica and team were fantastic and so organized during the months leading up to and on our wedding day. The online dashboard tool that they use facilitates organized communication and information sharing, and it was very helpful and easy to use.
Erica is lovely, and her input was really helpful in planning our wedding. She met us the night before our wedding to gather some of the decor items that we had purchased, and she organized our rehearsal walk-through and instructed everyone on where they needed to be. She was available for phone calls during the weeks leading up, and helped us make important scheduling decisions.
On the day-of, Erica was there to help before we even knew we needed it! As my husband told her when we were about to get introduced for the first time as Mr. & Mrs., Erica is a superhero that made sure our day went as smooth as possible. We would highly recommend Infinite Events, and even tell many of our friends getting married about the importance of having someone like Erica to help coordinate the details. Hiring the Infinite Events team was one of the best decisions that we made (aside from marrying each other :) ), and the team really helped ease the stress of coordinating and executing all of the details that mattered to us. About 90 days before our wedding, I contacted Infinite Events in hope that they still have our date open for a day-of coordinator. Erica responded to my inquiry within hours and got on the phone with me to make sure she and her team were a good fit. Once our conversation was over, I knew with no doubts that I wanted Infinite Events to take part in our day. I then met with Casey who instantly made me feel like I am the only bride that matters. I worked closely with Casey for the remaining 2 months and she was always a phone call away if I had any questions.
Casey was present to assist during our rehearsal and made sure everything ran smoothly. On the morning of the wedding, Casey showed up to my hotel room early to assure that everyone was getting ready on time. Infinite Events even had an assistant with my husband and his groomsmen to make sure they knew where they had to be and when. Casey and her assistants stayed with us during our first look and then split up to go to the church to welcome guests and make sure everything was set up the way I wanted it. Casey was with me every step of the way during the reception and even made sure my lipstick was freshened up before the entrance. She also expertly handled any issues that came up, letting me enjoy the ceremony and reception stress-free. I truly can't speak highly enough about Infinite Events and how they made our day perfect. -

Highly Recommend
Infinite Events was collaborative, visionary and was always one step ahead in terms of our wedding planning process. Our daughter had definite ideas for the style, look and feel of the ceremony and reception, and Erica, Sherry and team quickly understood her vision, helped to source the right vendors, and worked through the many logistical challenges that came with holding a wedding in a rural seaside town - most of it outdoors. On the wedding day, I can say that I truly didn't have to worry about any detail, because Infinite Events managed everything. We highly recommend them! -

If you are considering a wedding planner, you should hire Erica and her team!! Having a wedding planner is so important, especially on the day of your wedding. The day goes by so quickly and the timing is crucial. If you do not have a team coordinating the timing and details of your event, it is really easy to get off track. If you think that your venue coordinator will be good enough, his/her job is very different than that of your wedding planner. The venue coordinator mostly manages their own staff and facilities, they won't be by your side all day! A wedding planner will help to make sure that you have enough time to get all of the pictures that you wanted and still have a few extra seconds to breathe and enjoy the time with your new spouse and your guests. If you leave the day-off coordination to your bridesmaids or your mom, they really don't get to enjoy themselves and they are stressed. It is so nice to have a team of people there to take care of timing, vendor coordination, and setup and retrieval of your personal items (table numbers, escort cards, guest book, card box, welcome signs, etc.) at the end of the night. Let your wedding planner/team do their job and then you can be a guest at your own wedding!! You spend all of this time and effort to make sure everything is planned correctly, but then you can't even enjoy it if you have to execute the plan on your own!
So if I convinced you that a wedding planner (or AT LEAST day-of coordinator) is important, then read on to find out why Erica and her team are the right match for you!! :)
Infinite Events is a very professional team and they have a really great website that helps to keep all of the details in order. There is a place on their website for all of your vendor contracts, vendor contact information, budget, design ideas, etc. This is nice because you can access all of this information from wherever you are. I liked that they had a section for me to fill in all of the items that I needed them to set up at the wedding (escort cards, table numbers, card box, etc.) and also a section that asked what I wanted them to do with these items at the end of the night. Erica spoke with us on the phone (we were from out of state!) several times during the month of the wedding. She went over our timeline with us multiple times until we were satisfied with it. She knew all of the little details that we forgot about and knew exactly how much time to allot for each part of the day. She also met with us the day before the wedding at our rehearsal and helped to coordinate our bridal party during this time. The officiant is helpful for the actual wedding vow rehearsal part, but it was Erica that coordinated our processional and recessional! She basically ran the entire rehearsal. Actually she had a flat tire about 30 minutes before the rehearsal and was STILL ON TIME. She got there before I did and was able to figure it out and get a ride so quickly. We were really impressed.
Infinite Events was there from the morning until the very end of the night. Erica arrived when my bridesmaids and I had about 1 hour left of getting ready. This was perfect. It was just early enough that she was able to make sure that our timing was on track, but also not too early so that my bridesmaids and I were able to enjoy quality time together before the day started. Erica also called my maid of honor early in the morning while we were getting ready to make sure that there were no unforeseen issues that we needed help with before she arrived. Infinite Events arrives PREPARED. They have a rescue kit that has every single thing that you might forget on the day of our wedding (scissors to cut the hanger strings off of you dress, spray deodorant, hair spray, combs, etc.). They also had a copy of the permit that we needed for the place where we were taking our pictures. They grabbed my bag and made sure I had my phone before I went to my first look. The day starts out slow but as soon as you put your dress on the rest of the day FLIES BY and you are swept off to take pictures and go to your ceremony before you know it. It's nice to have people there to make sure you have everything you need during the rush.
Erica stayed with my husband and I during our first look while her team went to our venue to start the set up. She was really sweet and even helped to fluff my dress for pictures and held my husband's cell phone and wallet during the pictures. She kept my photographer on time as well. Behind the scenes, she was also calling my other vendors to make sure that they were on time and no problems needed to be solved.
When we arrived to the venue where I had my ceremony and reception, everything was set up perfectly by Infinite Events!! The escort card table was set up in the exact formation that I requested, the card box and guest sign in book and welcome sign were all set up. Also, they placed the votive candles and table numbers on all of the tables. I also had large candles for my favors (one per couple), and they put them out on the tables for us with the right number at each table.
For the ceremony, Erica and her team wore little ear pieces and small mics and made sure that my bridal party walked down the aisle with the correct amount of space between each other. One person was stationed on the side of the aisle and another at the top of the aisle to tell us when to start walking. It was very professional and really helped to ease the anxiety of my bridal party when they were walking.
After the ceremony, Erica and her assistant bustled my dress (it was a double bustle and they did it with no problem!). My maid of honor was really happy that she got to enjoy cocktail hour while and didn't have to worry about my bustle. Erica also got me a drink and made sure that there was some food for my husband and I to eat while I was having my dress bustled. For our grand entrance, Erica and her assistant even threw open the ballroom doors with such precision that you only saw the doors open and you didn't see them at all!! It was really well coordinated! The entire night stayed on track because of Infinite Events. They even manned the card box and took it to the bridal suite for us.
At the end of the night, Infinite Events packed up all of our personal belongings and all of the items at the reception that we needed to take home. They packed the car for us and didn't forget anything! We were so thankful to have them.
When we got home from the wedding weekend, Infinite Events SENT US A PRESENT. I won't ruin it for you, but it was so sweet and useful! It wasn't a measly gift. It was really thoughtful (and expensive!)! We were so excited to open it when it came in the mail. It was a really sweet finishing touch. They pay attention to detail from the beginning to the end.
HIRE INFINITE EVENTS. I wouldn't spend all of this time and effort to write them a long review if they were not worth it. You won't regret your decision if you hire them :) -

We hired Casey from Infinite Events for our wedding at Mt Hope Farm in August. She and her team were AMAZING and I could not recommend them highly enough. We were having an outdoor tented wedding, and there were a lot of vendors and moving parts. Casey ensured that everything went smoothly and that I didn't have to worry about a thing leading up to and on the day of our wedding. We were planning an outdoor ceremony and it ended up raining so we had to make a lot of last minute changes - without Casey, this would have been really stressful! She flawlessly executed the rain plan and kept everyone calm despite the thunder and lightning. My mom kept saying "thank goodness for Casey!!" Because of her, we were able to truly just enjoy our wedding day.
I recommend Infinite Events enthusiastically - I am SO glad that they were a part of our big day!! -

We hired Erica and her team for full wedding planning services, and it was the best decision we made for our Hindu/Jewish wedding. Her team went above and beyond to create a magical weekend. They essentially planned 4 events for our wedding and everything was perfect. Even more amazing, they planned the whole thing in less than a year. I am still amazed at the attention to detail and the weekend as a whole.
The Infinite Events team reduced every sort of stress you could think of and took into account everything we were concerned about prior to the wedding. Their vendor recommendations were excellent and she really took the time to get to know and understand my vision from the beginning.
The coordination of two different traditions was flawless. We had so many different little details that we needed to keep track of and Erica and team handled it with ease. Erica was so organized and really helped keep me on track, as I was planning the wedding from New York.
I truly loved working with the team and hope to stay in touch and whole heartedly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding on the East Coast.

Upon my first call with Erica, I knew that she was going to be the perfect match for us. We weren't wrong. We were planning from abroad, and without her and her team, we wouldn't have been able to accomplish everything that we did for the big day. Not only was she very professional and on top of everything, but she always kept things super fun and airy, so that we actually looked forward to the planning process. Another great aspect was that while a dream wedding ain't cheap, I sent her my wish list of vendors and she had perfect recommends of other vendors who ended up being much more affordable. Great value.
