Shipping of any materials that I do not have may or may not be charged to you. When your piece is completed and it is shipped there may or may not be a shipping charge then, too. This usually depends on the size of the job, larger jobs (ie 450 flowers to be added to invitations will not be heavy and the cost of the shipping can be eliminated because the order was large vs an order that is small, (one headpiece) and the shipping box costs $4.95). My prices are very low compared to my competition. I do not have much competition because what I do is very rare but I am very fair and the quality of my work is superb.
