I was originally very happy with certain aspects of what LaBella provided for our wedding and I was thrilled with how accommodating Mary was with our budget. She provided all our ceremony decor -- lanterns, rose petals, candles, pillars, urns and two arrangements -- and everything looked wonderful. The flowers were a different story. I was not happy with the bridal bouquet as it was not what we had talked about doing and what was in our contract. I also thought that the stems (it was hand tied with greens showing) were WAY too long and other people agreed. It was awkward looking. I was very unhappy that my bridal bouquet was already drooping before the ceremony even started, only a couple of hours after the flowers were delivered, and it was sitting in water the entire time like she recommended, in a very cool room. For the mothers of the bride and groom, I ordered two pin ons of one single white carnation for each mom. Instead we were delivered two giant corsages that were completely wrong. We called and told her this about 3 hours before the ceremony started, at a location that was about 10 minutes away from her studio, and I was told there was nothing she could do to fix it. I found it very hard to believe she could not get me two single carnations in three hours. I was disappointed that neither mother was able to wear the flowers they were supposed to have and Mary did not do basically anything to accommodate what was her own mistake. Overall I would only recommend if you are on a very strict, not so large budget for your wedding flowers. If I had to do it all over again, I would go with someone else.
