Never more than one event in a day, however, more than one event may be booked on a single weekend.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes, I have a network of professionals in the area that may be called upon in case of emergency.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

2 camera bodies, various lenses, flashes and accessories.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Do you charge hourly or full day?

Hourly

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

A hot meal is required at any event longer than 5 hours.

Do you charge for travel?

Any event over 25 miles from my home office may be subject to mileage fees.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

4-6 weeks.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Online proofing and ordering is made available for three months.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes, but the client receives permission to print photos for personal use.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Yes

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes

What kind of albums do you offer?

High quality handcrafted flush-mount albums, and press printed coffee table books with lay-flat pages and high quality leather or fabric covers.

When will the client get the final album?

Album designs can take up to 8 weeks. However, delivery of the final album entirely depends on the time client takes to approve the design, and the album company's seasonal turnaround.
