Endorsements
Giselle's up-dos are so beautiful, I had her do my up-do on my wedding day! How much better of an endorsement can I give? For years I watched her calming demeanor as she interacted gently and kindly with her brides, while creating the most beautiful hairstyles that not only flattered each bride's face, but looked stunning from behind as well. On my wedding day, Giselle brought her assistant to our hotel room who did the hair for my bridesmaids and Giselle did my hair. EVERYONE loved their hairstyles! They were on-time, did not rush, and chatted enough to keep everyone in good spirits, but not so much as to distract us from each other. Giselle gets the best recommendation I can give!
Hair Artist - that is Giselle. No matter the occasion, your hair type, your facial structure or hair color, Giselle has a knack for seeing the best in everyone and realizing just how to play up their best features via hair ! She's also such a pleasure to work with and be around - everyone knows that the morning of your big day can be a nerve wracking experience or a blissful state of being. Giselle puts people at their ease and relaxes them before she even starts. She is worth every penny she charges, a true professional but also a truly caring individual who wants only the best for her clients.
Giselle is incredible!!! Her work is stunning and creative and just as importantly she works quickly. Having a professional like Giselle create a style that flatters your face and stays put all day makes all the difference in the world. As a photographer one thing that makes a huge difference for us is having your hairstyle look great all the way through your last dance. Giselle is a wizard at that. We recommend her highly.
Giselle is the best! She does gorgeous updos and is so much fun to work with. Our brides love her!
I've worked with Giselle several times and it's always been a fantastic experience. My brides have been thrilled when they choose to book her for their weddings. From a wedding planner's perspective, I see a lot of updos fall down throughout a lot of wedding days. Whenever I have a bride that's used Giselle, that updo stays perfectly in place all the way through brunch the next morning! She's not the cheapest in town but she has tremendous value and is worth every penny.
Absolutely AMAZING! We have worked together on countless events throughout the years and she's still the best out there!!

My services are specializing in hair updos/styles for brides and any special event exclusively. My on location fee is 325$ for the bride and 85$ person.

How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
I time each person at 20-30 minutes and the bride at 40 minutes (I usually build in extra cushion time of 1/2 an hour as well). It all depends on the bride's timeline. I can accommodate as many as she likes with this guided time frame in mind. Then offering complimentary touch ups right before I leave for the entire bridal party.

How far in advance should clients book your services?
ASAP, I get requests at times a year or two in advance (especially for peak season April-Oct).

What is your cancellation policy?
Notice of at least 3 weeks prior to the wedding date.

Additional Questions and Answers
Please visit my site at www.hairbygiselle.com for photos and a complete breakdown of everything you will need to know.

I usually recommend 2 trials. One 'initial' trial to get a sense of the bride’s style and know what to plan for, and then a 'final' trial is done a week or two prior to the wedding so she has her viel/headpiece/jewlery by then. Also her hair will be the same length and color as if it were the day of the wedding.
This really helps to capture all details by having a visual before the big day!

Thank you-Giselle :)

Tips and Advice
I would recommend coming in for a trial before purchasing your headpiece and viel. Let your hairstyle depict your sense of style and not the other way around. Then you will have a more guided idea of how to pull the whole look together more naturally.

Keep in mind when selecting hairstyles that you may want to choose a style that will complement your facial features, balance well with your dress while still having it look like you!  At the trial we will go over options from several hair style types, to making sure that your hair texture will work well with that style.
Having it last for many hours is important.
