5-Star Hairdresser, Don't Settle for Less

Wow, my hair could not have turned out better. It was truly the hairstyle of a lifetime. I had done a trial with someone who simply curled with a flatiron and I had the notion that I had better find someone else three weeks before the wedding. That someone else was Giselle. You will know immediately that she is above the rest. Her attention to detail and craft allows her to perfect and any style. I had very big hair that swept to the side, and the was a close rival to my dress as to how it made my day and look into
something truly special and magical. Colorado brides are lucky to have someone like Giselle, who ONLY does bridal hair rather than cut or style with bridal hair on the side. I am so pleased with how I looked. Once-in-a-lifetime is what Giselle accomplishes

So talented!

Giselle is a very talented hair stylist! I sent her inspiration photos for all of my bridesmaid and myself and she nailed every one of my girl's hair styles, and mine. We were all so impressed!! She was also very responsive every time I reached out to her which is really important for me when I was planning. I absolutely loved working with her!

Beautiful, personalized, and professional service--highly recommend!

Giselle did a wonderful job for my mom, sister and me on my wedding day! We did two trials together and she worked with me to develop a style that fit me perfectly for the big day. She also gave me tips leading up to the wedding for products, highlights, and hair cuts/styling that would give us the most flexibility and best options for the day-of style. All three of us had very different day-of styles and Giselle made sure we all got the exact look we wanted, all while maintaining a calm, upbeat, and fun demeanor that was perfect for what can be a very hectic day. I cannot recommend Giselle highly enough--all of our hair looked great throughout the night and we were still receiving compliments the next morning!

Giselle is absolutely amazing! Not only did she create the fiercest, most beautiful bridal hair I've ever seen, she was able to deliver just as amazing looks for the bridesmaids. She understood each of our requests, tailored to our needs, and ensured we walked away feeling 100% beautiful. Pintrest hair IRL

Giselle gave me my wedding dream hair! It was so unique and gorgeous and I received countless compliments. I had only one request which was ,"I don't want your typical bridal hair" and she gave me just that, this hair was something you would see walking down the runway or in a couture bridal magazine. Not only did she do a fantastic job on my hair, but everyone in the bridal party had beautiful, flawless hair. Giselle was such a pleasure to work with, not only is she so sweet and fun to work with, she makes sure you're happy and completely exceeded all expectations. One of the best in the biz and I couldn't have been more thrilled.

Amazing hair and very professional

Giselle is amazing! I went with the all day 10 hour package where she did my hair and my bridal party AND came with us to the ceremony and reception. This was great because she was able to touch everyone up throughout and she did two looks on me (hair down and hair up). Throughout the process she was very responsive and patient. On top of it all she took some great pics during our photo opt with wedding party so I was able to get those right away since the professional ones take weeks!

Amazing hair experience!

Giselle is fantastic! I loved my hair and got so many complements throughout my wedding. It looked flawless all night and didn't budge through lots of laughing and dancing. She also styled my close girlfriends, and they were all thrilled with their looks! Giselle was so easy and pleasant to work with, we loved having her with us while getting ready on my wedding day. Giselle is magical!

Giselle is a dream! My mom happened to stumble upon her work at a bridal vendor expo at Stone Tower Winery (our venue) in March 2017, and I'm so grateful that she encouraged me to reach out to Giselle for a trial that May prior to our engagement photos. I received countless compliments after those photos came back, and I knew Giselle was our gal! She is incredibly skilled, patient, and kind, and we were so lucky to have booked her!

On our wedding day in September 2018, Giselle and her assistant Claire Monroe were ready for us as we walked into the farmhouse bridal suite at Stone Tower. While there were 13 of us to get through, they sat down with each of us to understand our respective Pinterest visions and did beautiful work in record time! She even humored (and beautifully executed!) my rather silly requests for a Kate Middleton-inspired wedding updo. Despite our sheer numbers, we never felt rushed, and Giselle was incredibly generous to stay a bit late to help us with touch-ups.

Beyond her professionalism and amazing ability to take your vision and make it reality, Giselle is a beautiful person. Her calm demeanor and playful sense of humor make her the perfect person to have in your corner on your big day. I cannot recommend Giselle highly enough, and I will definitely be bugging her to beautify my locks next time I need professional hair styling in the DC area. We love you, Giselle--thank you for everything!

Giselle was absolutely wonderful to work with. My daughter, the bride, and I have very curly hair and we have never had our hair "done" and we worried about looking looking like ourselves with styled hair. Giselle is a complete artist: she styled both of us so we looked elegant and styled but like ourselves: not an easy task. The other women in the wedding party had beautiful styles that lasted hours, and hours, and hours despite serious dancing. Giselle is calm and low key (very helpful the day of!!!) and all about making you feel happy and confident with your wedding day hair. Any bride would be lucky to work with Giselle.

She is the definition of amazing! She listens and can give any bride what they want and make you look stunning! I highly recommend her if you want beautiful hair on your special day. This is my second time using Giselle for my hair and was so excited for her to do my hair this time as the bride! She is always on time, friendly and her work is unmatched! The trial was already amazing but after she did my hair on the wedding day I was blown away! The photos are gorgeous, I just wish I could have her do my hair everyday! She did my MOH’s hair as well and it was quick and beautiful. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to look perfect on their special day!

For any bride who is lucky to work with her, Giselle is a must. She is the rare individual who not understands how to work with a variety of hair styles and trends, but she also is able to somehow create a multitude of desired aesthetics. She and Kim from Beauty Mark worked with me and my wedding party. I can't imagine a more skilled and passionate person. The hair trial is a must as it allows you to get to know each other. She is lovely and enthusiastic - skillfully but not in the least bit pushy. She will truly work with you to get the wedding hair aesthetic you desire. She's patient and a very easy conversationalist (which is important working with so many wedding party personalities! :) ). My wedding hair was beautiful and did not require any touch-ups. My bridesmaids - many who are superbly picky - LOVED their hair. She knew how to work with thick/thin, curly/straight, long/short.... she really enhanced everyone's natural beauty. Giselle is wonderful to work with and so talented! I decided to use hair extensions and not only did Giselle pick out the perfect color, but she only uses the most high quality extensions. My hair on my wedding day looked absolutely perfect! Giselle also worked with my bridesmaids and both moms, and everyone loved their final look. Giselle was the person I worked most with for my wedding. I have patches where there is far less hair from decades of trichotillomania and was really worried about it for the wedding. Giselle recommended extensions, which we tested a few months prior to the wedding so I could aclimate and it was great. It actually really helped with confidence overall which was an unexpected side effect. She was so flexible and worked with me. She truly cares about her clients. We did the 10 hour package the day of and it was worth it. We had a big lift in our dance so it was nice to have her there in case any hairs went astray. She even helped bustle my dress after the ceremony. She is incredible.

I cannot express how amazing it was to work with Giselle; I could go on and on and on! She was able to take my Pintrest ideas and develop an updo that exactly fit what I wanted. She is very detail oriented, and made sure everything about my hair was perfect for the day. She also did my 5 bridesmaid's hair as well as my mom's. This is the most sincere praise I can offer Giselle: she did my mom's hair in a style that made my mom happy. As long as I've been alive (33 years), my mom has always hated how other people did her hair. She is the only person that I know who comes home from the salon to re-do her hair! This is the first and only time my mom has ever been happy with her hair that was done by someone else. So, thank you, Giselle! She made my mom, my bridesmaids, and me all look and feel beautiful on my wedding day and I could not have been happier. Giselle is a lovely professional hair stylist who was very responsive to my daughter and me in the preplanning and on the wedding day. She did a beautiful practice run for my daughter before the ceremony, and then on her wedding day put together the most beautiful updo with a braid, some twisting pieces, and a low bun. Just gorgeous! She gave me a blow out on the day of the wedding, and it turned out so cute! We both received many compliments. Giselle is the best!

I absolutely loved my wedding hair style that Giselle created! I wanted a complex updo with a twist in the front and sides, and a braid and tight pinned curls in the back and Giselle nailed it on the wedding day! There is this great picture where my mom and I see each other's hair for the first time and we are so thrilled! My mom said that she has never seen me look so beautiful as I did on my wedding day, and I received so many compliments on my hair.

Giselle was very responsive, reliable, always early, very sweet, positive, and thoughtful throughout the whole process; getting ready with her on the day was a lot of fun! She was ahead of schedule on the wedding day, so when my bridesmaid changed her mind and wanted to get her hair done too, there was plenty of time for that. Giselle also did the hair of my mom, sister-in-law, and the two flower girls, and they all looked lovely.

I had 2 hair trials prior to the wedding day, and decided to change course after the first trial and not use a hair insert because it made my hair too big and heavy in the back. With every trial we got closer to what I wanted. It was a very long wedding day and my hair style lasted perfectly from 9am until the after party ended at 3am. For the entire 18 hours, I did not even need to do a touch up bobby pin, even when inserting and taking out my veil. Thank you so much, Giselle, for making me look and feel so beautiful on the happiest day of our life, thus far!

She was amazing! I would consider myself very picky when it comes to my hair. I have very thick curly hair and she was able to tame the frizz and let me rock the natural curls I have. I had my hair down for the ceremony and then up for the reception. Best decision ever was hiring for 10hrs. She was there throughout my pictures fixing my hair to ensure it was laying correctly since it was down. When she put it up during the reception, it didn't move. She was right there when I headed to bathroom to make sure it was good.
My girls loved her to pieces. My one bridesmaid is also very particular on her hair and she was able to make her happy. I mean she cried at her own wedding because the hair stylist didn't listen to her. Giselle listened to each one of us to make sure we were styled exactly how we wanted. My one bridesmaid wanted big so she made it big. My mom wanted a soft looked and she got that. Their hair stayed the entire night without any issues.
I definitely would recommend her and use her again in a heart beat. She is very professional. She knows how to manage her time so you won't be late when you need to be ready. Overall, you won't have to stress with her around because she knows what she is doing.

Giselle did an amazing job for my wedding! She was so responsive and very helpful/patient with me when I couldn't figure out what I wanted my hair to look like. I couldn't be happier with my decision to work with Giselle. She made my hair look EXACTLY like the photo I showed her at my trial. My updo was just beautiful, comfortable, and looked perfect all day and night - through outdoor photos, an intense dance party, and not one but two after parties!! She and her assistant Nina did hair for my (large) wedding party as well and every bridesmaid and flower girl was absolutely thrilled with her hair. Plus, they were just fun and sweet to have around all day - great people to hang out with during wedding prep! Giselle even came along for touch ups during photos and before the ceremony. Giselle flew to the Cotswolds in England to do my daughters hair and her 7 bridesmaids. I have never worked with anyone who is so reliable, dedicated and willing to go to any length to accommodate us Her talent is like nothing I have ever seen, she is inspirational, professional and her experience really showed. Unfortunately, the weather was wet, windy and extremely humid, every hairdressers nightmare. She effortlessly worked to make sure the hair looked fantastic and stayed that way. My daughters hair was still perfect at 3.00am even after a lot of dancing and time spent outside! I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is very artistic and will go to great lengths to work with the bride and give her the style she really wants. Giselle was AMAZING! I booked Giselle for my wedding day for my hair as well as my bridesmaids, and she 100% exceeded expectations! I had bridesmaids who were mad that they had not booked her for their own weddings because they liked their hair better for my wedding than their own! She is truly gifted, and works quickly as well. One of my bridesmaids (who had not originally wanted her hair done) decided the day of that she wanted to have Giselle do her hair if she ended up having time, and Giselle was so ahead of schedule that she was able to fit her in. She's incredibly accommodating! I also used Giselle for the temporary clip-in extensions, which I got so many compliments on and they looked fantastic! We were lucky we were able to secure Giselle - all the wedding timelines that you read say that you should book your hair and your make up person 5 months before the wedding but here is one piece of advice: once you know the date of your wedding, go ahead and start looking and going for trials with the ones you think are right for you. Like that you stand a better chance of them having your date available. We were very fortunate to find out that Giselle was available for my daughter's wedding date, she had been referred to us by many different sources, and we emailed back and forth only because we were not sure we could afford her rate. For a Saturday wedding Giselle has a weekend rate that includes going to the hotel where you are getting ready, working with you and your bridesmaids and following you to the wedding venue to touch you up and take the veil off after the ceremony. If you don't think that is important, let me tell you that I came to realize it was such a good idea, I asked the make-up person to also come with us to the venue! Once my daughter had a hair trial with Giselle (two hair trials are included in her rate) we knew we had found the right person to do her hair (and mine!). During the hair trials she tries different styles until you are satisfied. For the second trial which happens the week before the wedding, she does the updo, places the veil, takes pictures and so on the day of the wedding, she knows what you like and what you don't like. And she is prepared for the changes that invariably brides (and the mothers of the brides) make at the last minute! You need a special talent to make everybody happy with their hairdo on a day when emotions and nerves could be running high! The result is absolutely worth it and the experience was wonderful.

Working with Giselle was one of the highlights of my wedding experience! From the very first trial she felt like family and I knew that she was going to be a key part in building the wedding of my dreams. I am extremely detail oriented, especially when it comes to my hair, and Giselle made me and my entire bridal party more beautiful than I ever imagined. I signed up for the full 10 hour package which I highly recommend to any bride for the peace of mind to know that you are fully taken care. Giselle is an absolutely pleasure and her work is simply stunning! On my wedding day, she did updos for myself, my 10 bridesmaids, my mother and my mother in law. Each person commented on how beautiful they felt. This was really important to me as I've worn hairstyles for large events where I didn't feel my best. Instead, I felt stunning and I've never seen my best friends looking so radiant.

Giselle also really listened and understood some of my asks even when I'm sure I was less than clear. I have natural darker blond hair and it was important to me that the products she used wouldn't hide all of my natural shine and color. One of the luxuries of working with Giselle is that she stays with you the entire day. For my first look, Giselle created a beautiful blow-out that looked soft and natural. Then, before heading off to the wedding ceremony, she put my hair up - ensuring a more sophisticated and durable look to last in DC's heat. Lastly, after the ceremony, she touched up my hair before we joined our guests for the reception.

More than anything, I really appreciated Giselle's calm and collected attitude. There was a whirl of activity in our room between the bridesmaids, the mothers, the make-up, the food, etc... and Giselle always seemed happily focused on ensuring each girl felt special and looked wonderful. Giselle is amazing! She is so friendly, easy to work with, and got me so excited about my wedding. Giselle is a true perfectionist, she took detailed notes at my trial and exceeded all expectations on my wedding day-my hair was flawless! She is so fast and detailed at the same time, she did my Mom and sisters hair too, and even had time for touch ups on everyone. She is also very flexible and wants to make sure you and your bridal party feel comfortable with the way they look - she literally re-did one of my sister's hair to make sure she felt amazing before walking out the door.

Giselle also helped me to find the perfect make up artist, Kim Giamarria (Bauty Mark, make up). When all hair & make up was done, I looked in the mirror for the first time, I have never felt so confident and more beautiful, the way every bride should feel on their wedding day. Giselle is absolutely amazing. I would recommend her hands down to any bride who wants your hair to look perfect on your wedding day. I had a trial with her about a month before our wedding and brought a photo of the updo I had in mind and she surpassed my expectations by a mile! And on the day of my wedding, she managed to make my hair even more amazing than the trial! I did not want to take my updo out after the wedding. Giselle also did hair for my mother, grandmother and sister and everyone was beyond pleased with how their hair turned out. She is so talented and versatile and I can't recommend her enough!

Giselle was absolutely amazing and I recommend her to everyone! She worked with me flawlessly over long distance planning for my wedding hair, was not just on time, but ahead of schedule handling nine women's hairstyles, AND kept me sane throughout the wedding day. She dealt with a huge variety of hair from colored, thick, thin, curly, straight, short, and long, and created unique works of art out of everyone's hair (and even put in extensions for a girl without any warning that they wanted them beforehand).
She is a perfectionist beyond belief and her craft and passion for making you the most beautiful bride really shows - It rained on my wedding day, and even with outside photos, I didn't have a single hair out place or frizz up.
Her touch ups were greatly appreciated and a huge relief before photos after the ceremony and before the reception introductions. I don't have to worry about how my hair looks in any photos because my hair lasted the whole night (and I did a LOT of dancing and running around). Again, Giselle was worth every penny and I recommend her to everyone!!

Giselle did my hair for my engagement shoot and the wedding. I showed her my pinterest board to give her an idea of what I wanted for the hairstyles. It was basically two different big hair styles that I was going for (I have fine thin hair normally) and she knew exactly what I wanted and made it look even better than I could have envisioned! She did it super quickly too! She's a true artist with hair, and worth every penny! If you want your hair to look EXACTLY like you want, no, even better - go with Giselle!

Giselle was FANTASTIC! I didn't know exactly how I wanted my hair done, but during the trial she showed me an option that was perfect, just based on looking at a photo of my dress and listening to my vision for the wedding. She took detailed notes during the trial, so my hair on my wedding day was exactly like we discussed during the trial. My hair looked gorgeous and stayed in place the whole night, even with the heat and humidity! I received so many compliments on it, and my photos look amazing. My bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law all loved their hairstyles as well. Giselle was extremely professional, friendly, and kind during the trial and wedding day. I booked Giselle for my August wedding, and I can honestly say her work and professionalism are the best in her field. She has a fantastic reputation in this area, and for good reason! She styled my hair, my four bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law, and people are still commenting to all of us about how fantastic our hair looked. I booked her for the 10-hour rate, which means she is on hand all day to do style and touchups for up to 8 people. She did touchups on us right before our pictures, right before the ceremony, and right before our dinner reception. From the moment I first spoke with her, I felt instantly comfortable and at-ease. During my first trial (she recommends two - one earlier in your planning and one 1-2 weeks before your big day), I told her a very general idea of my vision, and she crafted a GORGEOUS and unique hairstyle that was even more beautiful than I could have imagined, and matched my dress perfectly. Even better - having her around on the day of my wedding felt more like having a friend with us than a vendor. She snapped some really sweet candids of my bridesmaids/MOB/MIL and I getting ready and sent them to me afterwards - what a sweet thing to do! She is incredibly warm, professional, and detail-oriented - she sees everything and takes care of all the little details that make the biggest difference.

MY ADVICE: 1. BOOK HER: She's truly the best. 2. Book her early - I booked her 10 months before my wedding and she was already booking up quickly. 3. Book her 10 hour rate - the peace of mind on the day of your wedding knowing she's there to touch up is wonderful. 4. Do 2 trials - one early in the planning after you have your dress/vision and one 2 weeks before your wedding. It will give you an opportunity to really refine what you want.

I used Giselle for my wedding on a very hot day this July; I met with her ahead of time with no idea of what I wanted. Giselle asked what I liked and didn't like and took it from there. Needless to say, it was amazing! She came up with an idea then worked with me to tweak it to make it perfect. The day of my wedding she was ready, on time, and knew what the plan was. She again made sure it was perfect and exactly what I wanted.

My biggest fear was with my very long hair, and the summer heat, that my updo wouldn't stay. Giselle promised me it would stay so I went with it. It stayed up in the heat and all my dancing. It was still perfect at the end of the post party and I couldn't have been happier. My hair looked AMAZING!

Giselle is such a sweet, considerate, professional and beyond talented person! My original hair vendor had said she could no longer do my hair for my wedding and I was devastated. My friends had recommended that I reach out to see if Giselle was still available and when she was I was so relieved and quickly set up a trial with her as I had seen many of her pictures and knew she was highly sought after. Giselle was so great with listening to my vision and completing the exact look that I had wanted for my wedding. She took notes on exactly what I liked, disliked and took pictures of the trial hair to keep in her file. I booked her immediately thereafter and was so excited to work with her! Throughout the whole process, Giselle would touch base with me, answer all my questions and concerns and I truly felt the passion that she has for styling hair. I opted for the 8 hour package and Giselle was so amazing in making it work and being so available for any questions that I had for her. She was there touching up all of our hairstyles and would fix any imperfections to ensure that we all looked our absolute best. Not only was her work amazing she is also such an incredibly nice person. I had the absolute BEST experience working with Giselle for my wedding! I booked the 8 hour package, which made life so much less stressful knowing I did not have to worry about time. I got married in Taneytown, MD which is pretty far away from pretty much everything, and Giselle came there to the site and stayed onsite for the full 8 hours, which was great because she provided touch ups after the ceremony right before pictures. I was not a bride who knew what I wanted in terms of hair styles, and luckily Giselle is so talented and creative that she gave me a perfect hair style for me and my dress- I could not have imagined it any better. In addition, I have really thin hair and Giselle suggested fillers for the wedding day- BEST decision ever. My hair has never looked better. Not only did my hair, and all my bridesmaids hair look amazing, but the styles held all night! We are talking 5:30PM-1AM, through all the hugs and dancing, not one bobby pin was out of place. Giselle did my hair for my engagement photos as well as my hair + my whole bridal party's hair for my wedding. She is the best of the best!! Giselle is so flexible, responsive and is a true pro! I chose to do the 8 hr package deal for my wedding and I'm so glad I did. It rained on my wedding day so it was so amazing to have her there for the whole day! She was such a delight and trooper! We were determined to take some photos outside and she was able to fix my hair and my bridal parties hair in the rain, haha, which was much needed!! Another thing I loved about working with Giselle, is all my vendors knew her and spoke so highly of her! Even the owner of Hannelore's, where I got my wedding dress, got a big smile and knew I would be in good hands.
A lot of people do hair in the Washington, DC area, but if you want a pro go with Giselle!! I have thin hair that I wanted to wear it down for my wedding day and she got me extensions and used several tricks to ensure my hair would look great and hold a veil perfectly for the day.

If Giselle is available on your wedding date BOOK HER NOW! I loved working with Giselle. She did wonders for myself, my mom, my bridesmaids and flower girls. Everybody's hair looked stunning. Originally I was going to book "Updo for I Do's", but after my hair trial with them, I was not impressed. I was kind of upset I already paid for a hair trial, but I paid for another one with Giselle, and what a difference! She is on another level. I liked everything we tried with my hair, so it was very hard to settle on a specific look. At the first trial she gave me some tips of what to do to get my hair ready for the big day. I LOVED my hair on my wedding day. It looked amazing and stayed up all night through the wedding and after party. Not a hair moved out of place. After searching and searching for a hair professional for my wedding day, I found Giselle. Giselle is so talented and extremely patient. She will work with you until you are completely happy and she is so meticulous and has so many tricks up her sleeve, I truly do not think there is anything Giselle cannot do. Giselle handled my very particular mother very well, even agreeing to do a trial for my mom as well. At the trial, Giselle tweaked my mom's hair cut to ensure it looked perfect for the wedding day. Giselle is a sweetheart and was just the calming influence I needed on a bit of a stressful wedding day, as we had to move the outdoor ceremony inside at the last minute and that decision needed to be made right in the middle of hair and makeup. Giselle did not let it interfere and did an amazing job. Even though Giselle is probably one of the most expensive wedding hair professionals, I am sure it was worth it and did not have to worry at all about anything related to hair.

Giselle is amazing! She is so easy to work with (which was great because I was planning a DC wedding from Connecticut). From the first trial, it was clear I was in good hands. She got my "vision" right away. On my wedding day she did my five bridesmaids hair and it came out great. They each wanted something different, but she was able to still make it all look cohesive. Most of all I loved that she made all of our hair look soft and natural, not the clique wedding/prom hair.

Gizelle did amazing things with my wimpy, thin hair! She made it look fabulous and I got many compliments from my friends and family! I have used her for several formals as well as my wedding and rehearsal dinner and several of my friends have also used her and loved her. I will never call on anyone else when I need my hair done for a special occasion! She is extremely flexable and was willing to come to my house at 5:15 AM on the morning of my wedding. To sum up the amazing professionalism and wealth of experience Giselle brought to our wedding day let me just say that she did hair for 8 of us -- all by herself! Different age ranges, a mix of updos and styles, and a range of hair types. She handled it all with ease and kept us on time. She was calm, so nice to work with and never did I worry about how it would all turn out. Giselle's wealth of experience and true expertise is clear. Also, I had to change my hair trial about a dozen times due to schedule conflicts and Giselle was super about dealing with all my emails to reschedule. On wedding day my hair was absolutely perfect. Based on Giselle's recommendations I added filler (I didn't even know what that was before meeting Giselle!) and it made such a difference in my updo with the headpiece I had purchased. I loved my hair - Giselle did a great job! I planned very last minute and didn't have time for a run-through..she was very flexible and we just met the day of, I sent a few photos of myself and she was able to do exactly what I wanted (but even better than I had imagined). I brought some fresh flowers which she used and she worked fast but was very attentive to detail and checked with me throughout that it was what I wanted. She was also super friendly and accommodating - the studio is in her home and my mom and friend were able to come and hang out while I got my hair done. Giselle did such an amazing job styling my hair for my wedding day, it was exactly what I had envisioned. I was going to add clip in hair for the day of my wedding but after meeting with Giselle for my trial run, she ended up putting in extensions about a month and half before the wedding. No one could tell I even had them in, it matched my hair exactly (color and texture)! I got so many compliments on my hair during that time and especially on the day of my wedding. Giselle was very patient with me wanting to change the style a couple of times until it was exactly right. She was on time and her prices were very reasonable. Giselle is very sweet and she keep me calm while getting ready for the wedding. I will definitely call her for future special events and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants extensions or a fabulous hair do for their big day!

Giselle is extremely talented and a definite pro!!! I used Giselle for my wedding. I loved my hair and all of my bridesmaids’ hair. In just a few minutes, she has you looking absolutely beautiful. Giselle was a joy to work with! From the moment we met her at the trial through the wedding planning process and on the big day, she made both me and my mom feel extremely comfortable with her genuine kindness and great expertise. She understood what type of partial updo I wanted, created it in a more beautiful way than I even had in mind at the trial, and then was flexible when I decided to tweak it a bit on the wedding day. It turned out to be exactly what I'd hoped for. She is very talented when it comes to working with hair, and with no prior knowledge of my bridesmaids' hair types or personality types, she worked with them to create seven different gorgeous hairstyles on the day-of that they all loved and that I loved on them too. I've had my hair done by a variety of stylists for many weddings, and never have partial and full updos held up on a summer day in Virginia the way that her creations did. I don't think a hair had moved out of place when the reception ended at midnight! If you are having an elegant affair and want an experienced and detail-oriented hairstylist, I highly recommend Giselle!

Giselle is absolutely amazing! I went to her after I wasn't happy with the person I originally booked. She was so sweet and accommodating and she really worked with me to get my vision right! She's patient and extremely talented! She's pretty much a hair genius! I have extremely thin and fine hair that is also damaged from dying it so much. Giselle suggested to me that I purchase the clip on extensions to give my hair fullness and length. I purchase two sets of extensions (real remy hair) and she clipped them all in. I had the prettiest, hair the entire night, and nothing came out. She really knows how to make sure they are tightly secured and the curl lasted all night with a slight wave at the end of the night since I danced for 4 hours straight!
Ladies if you want picture perfect hair that lasts all night, go to Giselle! I promise you will not be disappointed!

Giselle made us all look amazing!!! Each of the girls got a customized do that worked with their dress styles and personal styles, which made them all feel comfortable. Muse Salon was SO pleased with the trainging services by Giselle. After months of research we found someone who is known to be THE BEST with event styling and brought them to Biringham, AL to teach us the tricks to her trade. Our salon already provided event styling services but knew we could be better and boy did we learn a lot! Not only will we forever be better stylist for working with Giselle, we also feel as if we have a new friend in the D.C. area!

I actually flew in from Texas for an Up do training class! I am so glad I did.. It was worth every dime and the time. She truly loves her craft and is an expert in it... Because my situation is unique and I had limited time she gave me a crash course that will take me to another level in styling! I plan on coming back annually! My fiance's number one request was that I look like myself, just more glamorous. Man, did Giselle achieve that! I LOVED my hair on my wedding day. Giselle was absolutely wonderful to work with. We booked her pretty last minute, and I couldnt have been any more pleased with her work. My hair came out *exactly* how i had envisioned it looking! I think she ended up doing a total of 7 people's hair the day of the wedding and everyone was extremely pleased with the results. She arrived well ahead of the scheduled time, and did a fabulous job of staying on track. All in all i would HIGHLY recommend her! Also, as an added bonus, she is super patient and wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your look. I almost opted not to do the trial because we were trying to save on some costs, but Im so happy that I ended up doing it because it was well worth it. She really was great and I'm sure that she'll continue to make lots of brides happy in the future!

Where do I begin? Giselle was one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning process! After running into some awful/inexperienced hair dresses I was SO relieved to find out Giselle was available for my wedding events...Yes, there were 3 days and I still don't know how I got through it! I was also concerned because I was having a traditional Pakistani wedding, that required me to wear a heavy veil on most of the days, and I needed to make sure my hair would hold up through the night. So it was VERY important for me to find an experienced hair dresser that would deliver. Luckily Giselle was that and MORE! She listened to all of my concerns, took consideration for what I wanted....and most importantly DELIVERED! I was more than happy with her work. Giselle was one person I was able to undoubtedly count on during this whole experience and provided support whenever I needed it! Trust me ladies this is important especially with all of the other stresses going on! She arrived on time (ON THE DOT) every day, and was ready to go no matter what was happening. She was professional, sweet, and most importantly made me look AMAZING!!!! I had no issues with her whatsoever!!! I have worked with Giselle a few times now for various bridal shows, and every time, she does not disappoint! When it was time to get married, I already knew who I wanted to do my hair. Giselle is extremely professional and she can do any type of style you could possibly want. She did a very natural half-up/half-down style on me that was perfect, it wasn't too overdone and it stayed up the entire night (even in 90 degree heat). She also gives you a small styling bag to go for touch-ups. Giselle was really friendly, flexible and prompt-- she stuck to the schedule and all of the girls were done on time. Giselle recently styled my hair, my bridesmaids hair, and my mother's hair for my wedding and did the most amazing job!! The weather was humid and hot (well over 100 degrees!) but our hair held up all day. This is an incredible feat considering my hair has never held a curl for over an hour and has no volume whatsoever. I could not be happier with the way our hair turned out.

She is incredibly professional and flexible. She takes pictures during the trials and makes notes in order to provide the look you want on your wedding day. I changed my hairstyle a week before the wedding and she was more than happy to make adjustments. The night before my wedding we lost electricity at my parents house and we had to ship the whole bridal party to a hotel the following morning. Giselle was right there in the lobby when we got there and stayed until right before we left making final touches. You cannot ask for a more reliable, hard-working, and talented hairstylist. She is, as my wedding coordinator says, a "hair wizard".

I recommend Giselle to any bride who wants to look fabulous on her wedding day. She will not disappoint!!

Giselle did a FANTASTIC job on my hair for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding. She made the process of getting hair extensions so easy and she is very experienced in putting them in and making them look natural. Working with Giselle was amazing! From the moment I emailed her and set up our trial run she was quick to respond. I had my trial run in January for my wedding in May and I brought photographs of hair style ideas. She then got to work and the first time she did my hair was perfect! I loved it and she then took photographs and took notes to have for the wedding day. On my wedding day she was so accomidating. A few extra bridesmaids decided at last minute that they wanted their hair done as well. She had no problem fitting them. My hair looked even more beautiful the day of my wedding and stayed perfectly the whole night while I danced up a storm. I have received so many compliments on my hair from that day! It was Perfect! Giselle was great to work with - I'm so happy that I found her! When I went for my trial I had an idea of what I wanted. I brought some pictures and described the look I was going for and Giselle created a beautiful updo. I also bought a hair filler from Giselle during my trial, which made my updo fuller and even more beautiful. On my wedding day, we met up in Giselle's lovely studio with my make-up artist. Giselle had juice for us and made us all feel so welcome. After Giselle styled my hair, I had my make-up done while Giselle styled my mom's and my flower girl's hair. My mom even said that Giselle styled my mom's hair better than her regular stylist! I didn't have any specific ideas for my flower girl, so Giselle worked her magic and the result was so adorable! It was incredibly hot and humid during my outdoor wedding and my hair stayed perfectly in place! Thank you, Giselle!

Giselle is a magician when it comes to doing hair. I don't know how she manages it, but she creates gorgeous up-dos that last all night through all kinds of wear and tear (think taking a veil in and out between photos and the ceremony and dancing) without feeling sticky or hard. I also had Giselle cut my hair in the months leading up to the ceremony, and she did a better job than my regular stylist! Giselle is also fearless when it comes to trying new things. I asked her to echo some details from my dress in my hairstyle, and she did it flawlessly. I also learned a lot from Giselle about products to use in my hair, and different ways I can do my hair for work--she is a great teacher. I can't say enough good things about Giselle. I hope I have some fancy events in my future so I can justify having her do my hair again soon!

Giselle was AMAZING! She did my hair along with all seven of my bridesmaids (down and updos). Everyone looked fantastic. She is fun, reliable, easy to work with, FAST yet efficient, and creative. She does multiple weddings a weekend so she knows how to work quickly and within a tight timetable. She was truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her!
