DNA Events provides a unique service for the Austin event scene. There are many food options available for your events besides a traditional caterer these days. DNA has created several hospitality packages to work inconjuntion with the multiple catering options available for todays events. DNA can provide hospitality services for ethnic weddings, home cooked food or simply fill in the services that your favorite restaurant may be lacking.

DNA Events has several bar service options available. Wether you need us to provide the alcohol for your event or just the bartender & set-up services.

DNA Events: In-House Services

Banquet and Hospitality Service Packages:  Do you have a favorite fajita joint, sushi spot, or barbecue pit that you MUST have at your wedding?  Do you want your family to provide the food?  If you answered yes, then we will do the rest.  This service is designed to be your “full service catering package, minus the food!”  Packages include everything from warming cabinets and chafing dishes, to every serving spoon and napkin!  Think Salt Lick, Clay Pit, or Serrano’s and many more! 

Bar Services:  We offer everything from “beer and wine set up” packages to full service cash bars. Services are provided via packages that are inclusive of all equipment and staffing needs.

Licensed & Insured Event Child Care:  Telling friends and family that they cannot bring their children, isn’t always easy.  And sometimes it is just necessary for out of town family to have this option available for their children. Our packages include the food, the activities, and most importantly the certified staff approved by the State of Texas!

Vendor Selection Contract Management:  Between jobs, school, and the everyday “this and that’s”, many couples simply need an experienced set of eyes to supervise their decisions. This service includes vendor recommendations, the actual booking of the vendors, and management of their contracts. You can then keep track of one contract, your DNA Events contract. We know where the most talented and affordable vendors are.  We also recieve special deals and discounts for our clients.

Essentials Event Coordination Package:  Many couples enjoy the significant savings that come from doing a year’s worth of research, and planning on their own.  At 45 days out this package will provide you with intensive review of your well laid plans, two consultations, final walk through, creation of your timeline, rehearsal and day of management, and many other valuable expert touches.

Event Design & Décor’ Management: This service includes CAD design of your event, the referral and management of décor’ and design vendor contracts, and event rental management.
