Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken is a full-service restaurant serving made-to-order, award-winning, hand-battered fried chicken. Not to be confused with Nashville hot chicken; we serve Southern-style spicy fried chicken. Most of our house-made sides tend to be on the sweeter side and pair perfectly with our chicken. Gus’s has two locally owned and operated locations in Central Texas; Austin and San Marcos. Our catering team is completely mobile and will cook on-site anywhere in the Texas hill country, providing your guests with an unforgettable dining experience. We’ll work with you to select the best dishes for your crowd, including off-menu favorites like catfish and honey butter chicken biscuits. When it’s time to serve, we offer full service, family style, or buffet options. Our price per plate typically ranges from $15-$30 depending on selection, travel distance, and crowd size.
