ORDER TIMING = Proofing+Processing+Shipping Proof Timing Proofing takes 2 BUSINESS days from the ordering day. Business days are Monday - Friday. To check your proof click on My Proof. * Not all products include free proofing service (ie. Some labels and mini cards). A proof can be purchased. Purchase a Proof Process Timing Processing takes 3-6 BUSINESS days from the ordering day. Business days are Monday - Friday. Need something expedited? Put a note in the special instructions OR send us a communication from the Contact Us page. Pelase keep in mind that you may need to approve a proof before we can process your order. * Products that are sold with out proofing service are considered a "Fast turn around" item and will ship within 2 business days! Shipping Timing Refer to the map below for Ground and USPS ship times. Of course expedited shipping is available upon checkout. USPS is recommended for labels and samples only. Tracking numbers are not available for USPS shipping. Free Shipping provided to those who order more than $75 in product will be shipped UPS Ground. PROOFING Policy PLEASE consider that the Proof Process is EXTREMELY CRITICAL! It is imperative that you check your proof carefully and completely, particularly in regards to spelling and punctuation. If you are distracted or pressed for time when viewing your proof, we suggest that you delay approval until you have more time to go over the proof thoroughly. Errors that are found after printing, are the sole responsibility of the customer. By approving the proof, you are agreeing to this policy. To view your proof once its been posted check My Proof. * Not all products include free proofing service (ie. some labels and mini cards). A proof can be purchased. Purchase a Proof RETURN Policy / Print Error Policy Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. While we strive to produce a high quality product, we acknowledge that it is difficult to tell the product quality by viewing an image on a monitor. Samples are available for every product, if you are uncertain about the colors or paper quality, we highly suggest that you order a sample before ordering a custom printed product. In the event that an order was produced incorrectly due to an error entirely on our part, we will promptly reproduce the item(s) and ship them free of charge via ups ground. Expedited shipping will not be offered free of charge. Additionally, there may be an occasion where you made a mistake during the ordering process in regards to the personalization that you did not catch in proofing. In this instance, we will offer a “one time” edit, and reproduce the item(s) at a 50% discount, not including shipping fees. All corrections must be submitted together / there are no additional proofs. CANCELLATION Policy Our services are performed by real people who use their talents on each order. Therefore, as a condition of purchase, and without exception, you agree that any order canceled after we begin work on the order will result in a $20 charge for the initial design to your credit card, and an additional $5 for each proof revision, if submitted. We act in good faith when we create customized orders - this fee is to cover the time necessary to create each product. Please note, that failing to respond to your proof (for any reason) within 20 days after the order is placed, will result in an automatic cancellation and fee. DAMAGE or Incomplete Order Policy We ensure that all orders are complete prior to leaving our facility. Regardless, please check your order upon receipt; in the rare event your order is “incomplete” or if damage has occurred, we must be notified within 5 business days from the date of delivery. COPYRIGHT Image Policy Doodlez Press, LLC (www.buzybeepress.com) respects and upholds the legal rights of photographers and image authors. It is UNLAWFUL for us to reproduce images that are copyrighted without the express Written permission of the person or entity that created the original work. If you have a copyrighted images, please contact the photographer to request a signed copyright release: once provided, we will keep this for our files. If you choose to scan your professionally taken images on your own, for the sole purpose of making copies, you are assuming the legal risk for violating any copyright. Very important: If you have been provided printable resolution images on CD from your photographer, we do not need a copyright release for these images. However, it should be noted that it is not always the intent of the photographer to provide a “blanket release” even if they have supplied these images to you By submitting these images to us, you agree to assume full responsibility if any conflicts arise with the photographer. Remember not all Vendors and Product Personalizations are fast.   Invitations should really be ordered 6 to 8 weeks before you plan to send them out.  This way if any delays occur you will still be satisfied with the out come.  :  )

Most companies selling and personalizing invitations are not actually in control the card designs.  They actually buy the cards from designers who have the cards manufactured by yet another company.   Therefore, color variations will not be available in anything but the text.  Some of the companies are not even in control of the personalization, this causes delays and adds cost.
