We do travel. For points North of North Miami Beach and South of Homestead, we do charge a fee.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
We work with any number. We also have trusted associates that we can call for large parties, if needed.
How far in advance should clients book your services?
We recommend about 3 months.
What is your cancellation policy?
A $40 non-refundable deposit is required for each person acquiring services, in order to reserve wedding date. If the event is rescheduled or canceled due to major circumstances or acts of God, the deposit may be re-applied for another date. If Illian is already booked for the rescheduled date, the deposit is refundable. If the event is not re-scheduled because of such circumstances, deposit is non-refundable.
