• FRESH COOKED. They cook your meal fresh onsite. [where most caterers cook your meals early in the day back in their kitchen, Then put your cooked meal into a cooler for as much as eight hours. This is why you hear the term “rubber chicken buffet”]
• HAND CRAFTED. Every hors d’oeuvre is hand crafted one at a time by their staff. [You will not see the frozen items offered by wholesale food purveyors such as Spanakopita and Bacon Wrapped Scallops.]
All of their sauces are hand crafted and unique. Weather it is a peppery sweet wine reduction for red meat or a cranberry jalapeño for their signature cherry wood smoked turkey; everything that they serve is a memory that your guests will be talking about for years to come.
