But she guided us through uncharted territory with ease! Now when the tasting came….BOY did they make it hard to choose. Not if they should be our caterer, but which dish? Which app? Which dessert? Nicole will work with you to make sure your food selections fit your budget, but are still super tasty and sure to please your guests. She helps to plan and organize your ENTIRE day for the most part! She was always there to answer any questions we had and always gave us her best professional and personal opinion. She works super closely with your venue to ensure a seamless, stress free day! On the day of she took care of us and our guests beautifully! As bride and groom the minute our ceremony ended she always kept a drink in our hands and made sure we were well fed! And the best part of all….our guests are ALREADY raving about the food! I myself cannot stop thinking about their Grilled Cheese Shooters and Beef Tips that complimented our Fall Wedding Vibes so well! We cannot thank Nicole and Crossroads enough for making our Big Day tasty, sweet and utterly unforgettable!
