If you are looking for a caterer for your wedding, look no further. Nicole from Crossroads has you covered! Upon our first call with Nicole we knew we really, REALLY loved her! Sweet, funny, genuine and just a real human being! But also professional, super hard working and straight to the point. Nicole is insanely knowledgeable and thorough with all the information and in and outs of catering an event like a wedding. With planning our own wedding we had no clue what to expect. But she guided us through uncharted territory with ease! Now when the tasting came….BOY did they make it hard to choose. Not if they should be our caterer, but which dish? Which app? Which dessert? All their food is delicious. Another big seller was their price point. We all know how expensive food cost is for weddings. Nicole will work with you to make sure your food selections fit your budget, but are still super tasty and sure to please your guests. They also have a great price point for linens, desserts and bar options. Outside of cost and flexibility there is so much more Nicole offers! She helps to plan and organize your ENTIRE day for the most part! She was always there to answer any questions we had and always gave us her best professional and personal opinion. She works super closely with your venue to ensure a seamless, stress free day! On the day of she took care of us and our guests beautifully! As bride and groom the minute our ceremony ended she always kept a drink in our hands and made sure we were well fed! And the best part of all….our guests are ALREADY raving about the food! I myself cannot stop thinking about their Grilled Cheese Shooters and Beef Tips that complimented our Fall Wedding Vibes so well! We cannot thank Nicole and Crossroads enough for making our Big Day tasty, sweet and utterly unforgettable! -

If I could give Crossroads 100 stars, I would! Nicole and her team were responsive, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable right from the start! From the tasting to the day of the event, Nicole and her team went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I were 100% satisfied. They worked so well with other vendors and provided us with the guidance we needed when making important decisions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! -

We cannot thank Crossroads and their team enough for catering our wedding. They were absolutely amazing, to running around all morning trying to find Fresca (a special order for our wedding) and to running out at cocktail hour cause already ran out of High Noons. There team were so amazing and I couldn't ask for better tasting food. Everyone at the wedding told how amazing the food was. -

Nicole and her team were very friendly and kept us on track with our timeline. We researched many vendors for our unique venue; they were the highest quality we found at a reasonable price. Nicole was so helpful with planning and worked extremely well with our other vendors. She was so helpful throughout the process and we would recommend her to anyone. Her staff at our wedding were so friendly, we had multiple guests comment. -

We were first recommended to Crossroads Bistro through our venue’s (Rockfield Manor) preferred catering list, and it’s easy to see why they came so highly regarded! Nicole and the Crossroads team truly felt integrated with our venue’s management, which made the process so seamless and stress-free. Nicole was always very attentive, and we had multiple check-ins throughout the process to ensure we were on the same page and to lock in our decisions. And, not to mention, the food was delicious! We were so pleased with our service and food choices, and we cannot recommend Crossroads Bistro enough. We’ll definitely be frequent visitors to their restaurant too! -

We were absolutely thrilled with Crossroads Bistro and Nicole’s exceptional service at our wedding on October 11, 2025. From the very beginning, Nicole made sure we and our guests were well cared for. She personally met with anyone who had special dietary accommodations and made sure they knew exactly what dining options were available to them. The presentation was beautiful, and the food was phenomenal. Our guests are still talking about the cheesecake shooters.
When our original day-of coordinator situation unexpectedly changed, Nicole did not hesitate to offer her help, showing just how much she cares about the couples she works with. That level of compassion and professionalism meant the world to us and helped the entire day run smoothly. We truly felt we were in great hands from start to finish.
Tip for future couples: If you have guests with dietary needs, let Nicole know early. She will personally make sure everyone feels included and taken care of. -

Crossroads Bistro catered my daughter's wedding at Island View Waterfront and it was a magical experience. Nicole and her team created a delicious meal from start to finish. Everything from the table settings, to the service, to the timing was just perfect. The appetizers were scrumptious, the entrees were fantastic, the specialty drinks were great and the kids loved their chicken fingers. I highly recommend Crossroads Bistro! -

Nicole and her team was absolutely amazing. I knew from the second I met her that I wanted her to be our caterer. The tasting was wonderful and all of the food was delicious. We got so many compliments on our food, ESPECIALLY the pretzels and beer cheese (it was absolutely amazing). After our ceremony, my husband and I went back to the getting ready suite, to have a minute to soak it all in. Nicole made sure we had our drink of choice and a tray of all the cocktail hour food. Her team was absolutely killing it the entire day, they also served my dippin’ dots which were a big hit!! Nicole made our signature drinks come to life, which we also got so many compliments on. I recommend crossroads to anyone I could across in need of catering. I was also so thankful for Nicole in the year leading up to my wedding, she was always there to answer my question and ease my stress anytime she could! Do the tasting, Hire Crossroads!!! -

Absolutely amazing
Nicole is amazing! We were originally considering another caterer but we couldn't justify the price so luckily we were able to quickly book a last minute tasting with Crossroads. The food was great and Nicole was so flexible with letting us try more foods beyond what we were agreed to for the tasting. And the price was so reasonable!
She was not always easy to reach over the year or so of planning but I completely understood how busy she was and she was honest. But as the wedding was getting closer, she was very responsive and open when it mattered most. She was so flexible with changes and making sure we were getting what we wanted.
The food was delicious and beautiful the day of the wedding! Half of the compliments we received from guests were about the food. Would not change a thing and would absolutely recommend Crossroads to anyone! -

We originally had tried to book another caterer but they stopped responding and the food wasn't the right fit for some of our guests. So even though we were only 5 months out from our wedding, we had to find a new caterer.
Fortunately we found Crossroads! Nicole at Crossroads was AMAZING and elevated our wedding to a new level. She was prompt, professional, extremely considerate, and picked up the slack when other vendors weren't responding like we needed.
Nicole and the whole Crossroads staff were such a relief and really took some stress off our shoulders. And then at the wedding, the food was AMAZING! Everyone was raving about it after the event ended. We cannot say enough good things about Crossroads! If you're reading this and looking for a caterer for your event, stop looking, you've found the best there is -

I cannot say enough good things about Crossroads. From our initial tasting all the way up to our reception; they were FANTASTIC. At the tasting, we were served almost every wedding food you could think of to choose from and it was all extremely delicious. One of the hardest parts was narrowing down the food items because they were just all so tasty to choose from. The owner Nicole is one of the most lovely people ever. She is straight forward and honest. I didn’t feel like we were being oversold or anything of that sort. She actually worked very hard to fit within our set budget. During the wedding process she was extremely responsive and answered any question I had. Nicole is super understanding and will do whatever is possible in her realm to make sure you have your dream day. I was even served by her at my own buffet wedding so I didn’t have to make myself a plate. Little things like that truly make all the difference and I am forever grateful Crossroads was our wedding caterer. I had guests come up to me all night to comment on how good the food was. Nicole and her team did their best to make sure I had the perfect day. They will be used in any other large events I have in the future.
