3. What’s different about your DJs? We pride ourselves on being the Anti-Cheesy DJs. Our DJs are personable, fun and classy. They receive intensive, specialized training. They also receive continuing education and training each year. AMS is a great choice for upscale entertainment.
4. Can I speak with my DJ? Yes. Once you have completed our on line planner and song list, we pair you up with the DJ best-suited for you. Our clients love the personal attention of working directly with their DJ.
5. What will my DJ wear? Our DJs wear a black suit, and our appearance is always appropriate.
6. How many songs can you play? We can typically play around 12-15 songs per hour.
7. Do you have the music I want to hear? Yes. Our musical library is stocked with thousands of the most popular songs ever recorded. But we go beyond that by also maintaining a substantial collection of lesser-known songs. They’re still gems. We play the music you want to hear. And we love requests.
8. Have you worked at my reception site before? Chances are that we have worked at your venue multiple times. AMS is a preferred vendor at over 50 venues throughout Sonoma, Napa & Marin.
9. Tell me about your equipment. AMS uses ultramodern, computerized sound systems. They sound great and look sharp.
10. Is there a wireless mic available for toasts? Yes. Sound is clear and static-free.
11. Can you provide sound for a DVD slide show? Yes. Call our office at (707) 823-7359 and we can explain what is needed.
12. Does the DJ require a meal? No. We come prepared to work the entire time you book us. Please do not feel obligated to purchase a meal for your AMS DJ.
13. Do you provide music for the ceremony? Yes. We offer complete ceremony systems with wireless microphones. The sound is beautiful and can fill even a large cathedral with crystal clarity. We also offer excellent choices for live music.
14. Do you have back-up equipment? AMS equips our DJs with back up equipment in the unlikely event of an equipment malfunction. There is a manager on duty at all times in case of an emergency. You’ll have peace of mind with AMS.
