All four floors of the gorgeous Fava Building at 1840s Plaza are now available for special events!  With decor varying from the Latin-inspired first-floor 1840s Cabaret to the second floor 1840s City Lites featuring authentic Baltimore vignettes and lounge-like atmosphere, the third-floor 1840s Carroll Salon with spacious layout with hardwood dance floor and chandeliers, and the elegant 1840s Ballroom with breathtaking city views, hardwood dance floor, crystal chandeliers and hand-painted murals of historic Baltimore there is a space for every vision and every budget!
