Okay, so our first 'official' date was him taking me to a hair appointment lol. We had met the week before through my coworker (I was a teacher) who was his good friend. He was in the Air Force in Gunsan, South Korea and I was telling (complaining lol) to him that I want to get my hair done but my Korean speaking skills were downright ridiculous. So him speaking passable Korean, offered to take me to find a black girl hairstylist in S. Korea! It was only supposed to be him dropping me off at the hair salon and that was it and it ended up with us spending the entire weekend together.

Best accidental date ever!

Our first date was at Buffalo Wing Wings in Orlando. My cousin was with us but left afterwards, we ended up walking around Orlando just getting to know each other.

Our first date was simple. Movies, ice cream and had a nice time at a local bar.

We went to the theater and saw Frozen!

Our first date was a walk in the park in my hometown, then we went to mc donalds, then we drove to a different park where we sat by the water looking at the starry night and talked until the mosquitoes got to us and we went into his truck.

Our first date was dinner and a movie, the first and only movie my fiance has watched without falling asleep.

My first date with him was at a breakfast place. I was so embarrassed because I ordered pancakes or waffles, while he ordered a salad.

Belle Isle in Michigan. We had an adorable picnic on the beach and visited the little zoo on the island.

We went to a science museum... only to realize once we got in that it was mainly for kids under the age of 5! We were the ONLY couple there without children! We had the best time ever, though, and I knew that if I could have that much fun on a “fail” date, he was the perfect guy for me!
