Our first date really set the tone for our entire relationship. Instead of the standard go to dinner or a movie, we had a little adventure. We broke into a dam at a reservoir to climb it. We had to climb a very steep hill, but it turned out to be very romantic. We laid on the hill looking over the water and up at the stars just talking and laughing for hours.

We met at our friends’ wedding (we were both in their bridal party), but I lived in MD and he lived in LA. For our first date, we sent each other a list of cities we each wanted to visit, picked a city and met there. Spent 4 great days in Charleston that changed our lives!

Our first date was a chicken restaurant in Sinchon. You had to use the chicken dog toy to call for service. Smiley xd

I was 17 and he was 19, so we didn't have much money. We went to a Chili's nearby his house, then to some spooky sights. We bonded over boneless buffalo wings.

We went to dinner and a bar after. The restaurant is now closed though, sad.
