What kind of shoes will you wear on your wedding?

I imagines in my weddings, I will wear a pair of pink high-heeled shoes. There would be a lots of white pearls and beads on them. They are shining and pure, the shoes are also shining and pure. I will be shining and pure too. That will be amazing!

My FH and I are both 6 ft so I don't wanna wear heels and tower over him. I'm not a heels type of person anyway. I think I'm going to wear dressy flip flops since our wedding is on the beach. My Mom is adamant that I DON'T wear flip fllops .. my response is I'm paying for the wedding and my dress is long with a chapel train so no one will see them anyway!

I wore my cowboy boots! I have had them for 7 years and they are so comfortable and I wanted to to be comfy! Also they are "so me" and I wore them on our first date.

@Married my True LOVE I love your shoes. I need those for my collection. Where can I find them? I really would love those. Do they come in other colors? Your wedding pics are beautiful. You were soooooo gorgeous.

Wearing wedges. They are comfortable and give me height. I am 5.2" and FH is 6'2"

These are mine.... if they ever come in..... I have been waiting for 2.5 weeks and they were supposed to take 10 days..... the store owner from where I bought them has been trying to get in touch with the manufacturer to see what the hold up is and they won't respond to her calls!

I love flats!! I haven't purchased any yet because I haven't gotten even my dress. but I wanted something colorful and fun. I was thinking something along the lines of this.

I was thinking flats too..... cause I really am afraid of falling on my face in heels (which is strange cause for about 10 years I wore nothing up super tall heels... but that was over 6 years ago and before I broke my foot in three places). I decided on the heels cause I feel in love with them (and FH is 9" taller then me so I wanted the extra height). Now I have been practicing all week in my other heels, I'm getting much more confident!

@Ronica & Future Mrs. T.....ebay ladies =) they have tons of them. Etsy is another good place but my preference is ebay for the buyer protection, however, I have never had a problem with any seller on there.

I'm hoping to find a bright colored kitten heel. My FH is shorter than me and I have back problems. Just enough heel to make me feel feminine and be comfortable.

Well, after nearly 20 years of a prior marriage and two grown children, some of the "shining and pure" had worn off. LOL What I wore were blinged out ballet slippers--very comfortable.

NotFroofy stole the show, though, with her 1980s vintage Stuart Weitzman raw silk and lace bridal boots, found nearly unused on eBay for $25.

I'm thinking of a low to med heel peep toe. Thinking red or hot pink, haven't decided yet.

@ 2nd Bride... where did you find them?? Do they have a sole of any sort?

I have knee and foot issues... so need a flat for sure but would like a little bit of sole on them.
