The New Mrs. B

Brian and Jillian met in August 2005 when she started working at Brecon Village Retirement Community where he was already working. They worked together for a few months, flirting innocently until six months later, when Brian asked Jillian out on a date. After a mix up of who was supposed to call who, the two went on their first date to the Saline Inn Diner and saw The Chronicles of Narnia movie. It was February and it was snowing so badly that Jillian was late for her curfew on their first date! The two continued dating while Jillian finished high school and Brian was completing his Associate's Degree in Computer Networking. Jillian then went on to study at Western Michigan University, creating a slight distance in their relationship for a year, until Brian joined her in Kalamazoo the following year. Brian continued to work in the computer field as Jillian waited tables and went to school. During their years in Kalamazoo, the two enjoyed dinner and drinks at their favorite places such as Shakespaere's Pub and McGinnis Landing, taking up frisbee golfing, playing ping pong, cooking together, and trips to South Haven beach. As Jillian finished up graduate school, Brian accepted a job as a customer support engineer for Fusion IO in Salt Lake City, Utah where he moved in November 2011. Jillian then accepted a job as an occupational therapist in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Fortunately, Brian's job allows him to work remote anywhere that he has internet access, so he will be moving back to Michigan July 2012.
