how old were you when he proposed???

On my birthday this year, I turned 30!!!!!!!

By the way @ Amanda W. we are date twins. September 21st 2013 : )

We met at about 18, dated at 21, he.proposed at 24 and we married.at 25

Met 5 months before I turned 32 proposed when I was 33 and 2 days.

I met FH when I was 25 and he had just turned 24. When we get married I will be 27 and he will be 26!

When we met I was 20 and FH was 24. When he purposed I am 24 and he is 28. When we get married I'll be 25 and he will be 29

I met FH when I was 19 and he was 23. We were both dating other people at the time, but we stayed friends and then started dating when I was 21 and he was 25. He proposed when I was 23 & he was 27 and we will be 25 & 29 when we get married.

Gosh with some of these posts I feel like an old person.

Met when I was 27 and H was 26. When we got engaged he was 29 and I was 30. Then when we got married he was 30 and I was 31. I am a year and half older then him, will be 32 here in 2 weeks.

You met him at 17 and he proposed at 17. I really really hope you have a LONG engagement and get to know each other, you are babies.

I met FH when I was 26 and he was 33. He proposed when I was 29 and he was 36, we got married when I was 31 and he 39.

I really really wish you young ones the best, it will be TOUGH as most of you probably don't know yourselves all that well yet.

Out of all the friends who I know that got married under 23 4 have divorced within the first 3 yrs of marriage and only one is still together after 7 years.

I suggest a pre-marital course especially for those who havn't been together long. It's one thing when you have grown up with the person (the one marriage under 23 that I know that has lasted) its another when you don't know yourself, they don't konw themself and you don't really know each other.

We met when I was 29 and he was 27 we got were engaged for 18 months so I was at the last few months of my 30 and he was just starting 29. Married at 31 and 30

I think the only thing about meeting younger is that it's harder, because your figuring out who you are and what you want at the same time. But I don't think it's impossible, just depends on you and who you are! I think that I was a big pushover when I was younger so I'm glad I never married young because I would have just settled for what my husband wanted in life, and not have taken the time to find out what I truly wanted. But that is me and I can imagine a strong young woman who knows what she wants would not have this problem I wish you both well and look forward to hearing about all your plans!

I was 16 when we met and her popped to question when I was 21

My First marriage: I was 28 when he proposed.

My Second (and last) - I was 40.

We met when I was 26 and he was 28. He proposed when I was 28 and he was 30. And when we get married, I'll be 29 and he'll be 31.

I met him at about 10 and he proposed when i was 24 =)

Our wedding...I will be 27 and he'll be 31

I was 19, and he was 21 when we met, but we weren't dating then. We got together when I was 21 and he was 23. We got engaged at 21 and 23. Got married at 22 and 24.

We met freshman year of high school then lost contact. Found each other again in 2009 so I was 20 & he was 21. Got engaged when I was 22 and he was 23.

And on our wedding we'll be 24 & 25.

My FH & I met when I was 7 and he was 8 LOL!! No really, we've known each other since grade school. We graduated high school together and went our separate ways. 20 years later, we happen to reconnect and after one month of conversing every single day and figuring out we both wanted the same things in life, we decided to take the plunge. BTW @Amanda, you chose a great date! ;-)
