How much is your wedding venue rental cost?

$500 for the ceremony, $1000 for the room rental fee. So $1500 in all.

1400... that's just for the venue itself, tables, and chairs. But in the grand scheme of things... it will be $900. We'll be getting our $500 deposit back a couple weeks after the wedding (assuming there are no damages).

The venue I love and plan to book is a private home style venue in North FL, it has a large garden, coy pond with live oaks (just to give you a picture of the venue). Cost is $4500 (possible discount to $4000), this is not a full service venue. I will hire an outside caterer separably. With the $4500 cost it includes: 1 hour rehearsal, 6 hour event time, Bridal & groom suite (very nice), Lit pergola, formal bar area (included bartender for 4 hours and garnishes, soft drinks...we provide alcohol), onsite parking, tables, chairs, linens, and a weekend hotel stay at a local resort hotel for bride and groom.

I love this venue but I am having a hard time with the $4500 price tag, however I am finding most other venues in the area come close if not more when I factor in what I would be required to spend for the F&B minimums at other ven. Curious as to what others are paying and what they are getting for it. I am having a small 50 person wedding so food cost will be less than my venue cost.

Other venues in the area are between $**** for ceremony site and reception room rental plus a minimum $7500 F&B ( I found one willing to lower it to $5000 F&B min for a Thursday wedding) but my guest list is small and I don't seem myself spending $7500 on F&B with that few guests. I feel I am finding no venues that have reasonable rental prices without you being required to use all their vendors. I can't continue planning bc I'm stuck at choosing a venue and it feels like it's taking forever.

My ceremony site is free, I dont know how much the hall is, I just know that its 39.00 a head

Was orginally $600, that's how much they charge for use of the reception area and ceremony area, but the lady is letting us have the whole place for $300. Not quite sure why, she just told us she'd be taking off the price for one. Just to be nice, I guess.

Depending on what we choose or the weather...It's $1500 for outside ceremony and $500 for inside. The reception area cost is built into the price per person, which is $82.00.

$100 refundable for the ceremony site and $1000 holding fee for the reception. The reception fee goes towards our final bill after the event.

It includes tablecloths,runners,chair covers and sash. Oh it also comes with wall draping with uplights.

$480 for the church - we are not members and we get $100 back after the wedding if there are no damages. We get it for the whole day and the night before for the rehearsal. $1100 for the reception hall for 8 hours total with set-up and clean-up.

We are looking to rent a house to be married at and then stay there for the honeymoon. It's about $2700 for the week.

Its a little mansion in conroe. Its $1700 for the venue and $300 to have the ceremony there. Thats including I get the property from 11am to midnight and I get all chairs, tables, linens, free vases she is letting us use, and we can either use the circular garden in front for the ceremony or the area by the lake. I absolutely love our venue.

Our reception was originally $2500 for the rental of the room but as we are getting married in an off month we are not being charged that. To use the ceremony site we are being charged $4.50 per person, roughly $450. Plus taxes and gratuity added.
