We chose our date because it was very significant to both of us. 2020 has always been on my mind for about 20 years. Can’t explain it. My Fiancé dedicated a song to me called “Picture Perfect” by Eric Roberson. One night we were just tying things together and he said “Pcture Perfect....Perfect vision... and then asked the question “ what is Perfect vision?” My response.... 2020! So then, we searched for dates where the month and day had a sum of 20 and on a Saturday. The only date that had all these was October 10, 2020. I know.... involved right? 😂😂😂 But it worked for us and was just perfect!

For us, it's very important that our dating anniversary and wedding anniversary be the same date, so that was what we agreed to do and we will be doing all our planning around that

The holidays around this time of year are heart warming. It seems that mostly everybody is up in spirits. I decided to select this time of year because of the annual celebration time.

My future Husband & I were high school sweet hearts & have been together for 8 years now. He proposed to me on January 4th 2014. I was just about to graduate high school and we decided to hold off on wedding planning until we both finished school. I graduate from my medical program Aug.2019. So as I started wedding planning I knew wanted it to be January, I hadn't realized the actual date till I visited my second venue & favorite one btw! Everyone was pretty much booked for January, It was just meant to be.Smiley heart 01/04/2020Smiley diamond

My fiancé and I met in 2016 and when he first asked to hang out (we had both expected to be friends) he decided to take me to an amazing view point and asked me out officially a month later! We both decided to take it back to that view point for our wedding and May 3rd is a perfect time to get married where it’s still not too hot and will still be warm! We are having an outdoor wedding! I want a long engagement so I can plan! So we won’t be getting married till 2020!

We decided we wanted to do a long engagement so we could have plenty of time to plan everything. We also wanted to make sure that our family had plenty of time to save so they can be at our destination wedding in Australia. So we ended up picking 02/20/2021

I choose my date because at my job we are required to work every other weekend. So it was easiest to plan it on a Friday so more people can come.

For a long time I've had my heart set on a winter wedding. We got engaged in April 2018 so winter of 2018/early 2019 seemed too soon to get everything planned. That left us with late 2019 or early 2020. I didn't want to do November since, though it would be likely we'd have snow, it was a little less likely for there to be snow than other months. December seemed too hectic with Christmas so that left January 2020. Another push for January 2020 was that our venue runs their off season discount from January-April. Then to narrow down the actual date we wanted at least a week after Christmas, but I didn't want it too close to my January 9th birthday. So, looking at Saturdays in January we decided on the 18th. I didn't want to go any later than the 18th since the later we went the less guarantee there would be of snow.

My wedding date is May 22, 2020. Since I was a little girl I'd dreamed of a May outdoor wedding. We knew we would wait until 2020 because I wanted to finish my Master's degree first. For me the number 22 is like a lucky number because great things happen for me on that day. My bday is March 22, I graduated from college on May 22, 2017, my fiance and I began dating on July 22, 2013, and we got engaged on July 22, 2018. VERY EXCITED!!

Well originally we had planned to get married in July 2020 (which will be 10 years together) but then my Fiancee suggested to do it in May 2020 because that is my Granny's birthday month and she has passed away and he knows how much she means to me and she always talked about our wedding and how she would never want to miss it....and that just made me so happy I couldnt say no! 💜

My fiance wanted a valentines day wedding. I also share in his excitement for that day. We had to put the date off another year because he is away until July 2019. Though Valentines Day is red, pink, etc. Our favorite color is blue. Therefore we are going to dress in blue tuxedos. I'm not sure about decor yet. We are still planning. The meaning of Valentines day depicts our relationship. It will be our perfect day.

We are having just the ceremony there and then we are renting a reception hall! (That’s the plan so far!)
