No special meaning for us. We picked a date our venue had available in the time frame we wanted to be married in, March-April. Getting our venue during that time was more important than the specific date to us.

We did not pick the date with this in mind but it is my parents anniversary. They were married in the same church 34 years before.

No special meaning. We were looking at Fridays in April, and the Friday before is Friday the 13th....so we went with the week after!

We mapped out birthdays, anniversaries, major holidays, my cycle, and then once we hit eliminated the majority of the time we were looking at getting married, I started seeing what random holidays were on the dates available. We are getting married on make somebody else happy day. It also happens to be Johnny Cash and June Carter's anniversary. It's also 3 3 18, which is numerically just cool.

Our wedding day, March 23, 2019, will be our 6 year anniversary. We’ve been planning this for years (only engaged for six months so far).

There’s really no special meaning. We’d just had a Cinco de Mayo party when we chose the date so it just seemed like a fun idea to have that be our anniversary. Surprisingly we’re not serving Mexican food.

Very cool! According to numerology, we are getting married on a Triple 11 day which is supposed to be extremely powerful in the cosmos. Regardless, I knew I wanted to have a fall wedding prior to Thanksgiving and this date worked best.

Our wedding date was more out of convenience than importance. Although, my FH and I, with our crude humor because I work with substance abuse, always joke that we had to have it on 4/21 because everyone would be busy on 4/20. None of our friends smoke, so it's really just a convenient date.

We originally wanted May 19th. May 17th we started dating, even though he thinks it was the 18th, so we wanted to go with 3 dates in a row. We went to book the venue but it booked 3 days before we did. We we asked what dates were available, FH said 12th sounds good. No meaning, just sounded good to him I guess lol

I had to pick one of 3 Fridays if I wanted my venue...so went with the closest one lol. But I like that it's 8.10.18 AKA same forward and backward, and upside down Smiley winking

We had our first date on Cinco de Mayo, so we really wanted May 5th to be the wedding date. Unfortunately, since we were looking at venues in January (about months prior to that date), it wasn't available. But we booked a venue for May 12th, so now our anniversary will be a weeklong celebration!!!

It originally didn't have a special meaning. We both love having a totally random date because it was one of only TWO weeks we'd actually be together due to school, work, clinicals, and conferences.
Itll always be a memory of how crazy our lives were the year we married.

No...we originally had our venue booked for 10/6/18, 5 months after we booked, venue calls - we double booked here are the dates available 9/8/18 or 9/22/18.... truth be told they didn't double book. I was told, during our first walk through, that they had a couple that wanted our date and because they were same sex, our venue owner did not want to be seen as discriminating so he gave them our date & we had to choose another. Honestly not a huge deal the date didn't mean anything to us so it was fine, but I am a little salty with him lying.
