Looking for a designer to do a custom wedding gown. Wanting to use fabric from my moms wedding and completely turn it into a new dress. I'm in the Houston, TX area.

Hey Ashley!! How exciting to be redesigning the dress that your mom wore for her wedding!! What style of dress is it currently? Do you have any ideas of what you would like it to look like after your redesign?
I checked out the Houston Wedding Dress stores listed in the WeddingWire vendor search and found some that specifically list customization and vintage dress redesign in their services offered.
