Hi, the first decision I made was my wedding date. I should have picked both at the same time because when I went to pick my venue, most of them were booked up on my date, so I had to change from 6/20 to 6/27! :( However, when I realized that my parents had their anniversary date on 6/27....it made everything good, as they were married for 43 years. I absolutely picked my bridesmaid before doing my budget! I procrastinated as much as I could before doing my budget. :)
