  Catering and Day of Coordination done right!

  We booked with Tiscareno’s Catering and hired Gaby for Day of Coordination and were extremely happy with both. The food was amazing - we opted to go with the fried chicken, glazed carrots and the to die for potatoes! Try the potatoes, you will not regret it! Staff was super friendly and hardworking. Table set up looked amazing and exactly how I imagined it. Gaby was an absolute lifesaver! We met with her several times and every time we left feeling very at ease in the planning process (first meeting, food tasting, mock table, venue walk through, timeline, final details and rehearsal). She always had recommendations when asked but stayed very true to executing our vision. Gaby made the planning process very low stress and was available for questions via text and email when we needed her. She was very professional and communicative with our venue and our team of vendors. We had no issues with scheduling appointments with Gaby and would always have the next meeting set up before leaving the previous meeting- Gaby was even able to make the hour plus drive to run through the ceremony at our rehearsal dinner in a family members back yard! Day of, Gaby made sure that everything was taken care of and I felt at ease having her on my team. I knew exactly what to expect because of her detailed timeline and didn’t have to worry about anything but having a great time on wedding day! We were at a mostly DIY venue and she used the decor that I had to the fullest extent - reusing some of my isle florals to make me a gorgeous sweetheart table! She made my day a dream and I highly recommend both Tiscareno’s Catering and Gaby as a coordinator!

  Amazing food 👌

  They catered and provided servers and bartenders for our wedding. Everything was perfect and the food amazing. They are quick with texts and emails. Prices are reasonable. All our guests said the food tasted amazing.

  Gaby is truly amazing at what she does, my wife and I had our wedding on Aug, 26 2017 and it went off without a hitch. We had hired Gaby as our coordinator and for catering and she truly went above and beyond for us. She cares about the details, her and I spent hours talking about every single item and how exactly the big day was going to play out. She is very knowledgeable in all things wedding, she helped me plan a beautiful wedding for me and my wife. The food is also SOOO good, all of my guest were so happy and pleased with the food and the service her staff provided. If anyone I know is planning on getting married I will instantly point them to the direction of Gaby.

  Gaby was exceptional with her services. The food items she offers are tasty and she accommodates with more than you need. We also used her as our day of coordinator and she made our dream wedding come true. She was super friendly and positive and was flexible with our needs. We definitely recommend her she's the best!!

  Absolutely loved Gabby and her team!! They went above and beyond for our wedding in September 2015! ALL our guests were absolutely blown away by "the never before seen" mashed potato bar during Cocktail Hour!! People still rave about our special day!

  I hired Tiscareno's Catering for my wedding and everything was wonderful. When I started looking I didn't know where to begin. We sat down with Gaby and she guided us through the process of planning. We could tell that she really loves what she does. Everyone loved our wedding food, cake, and all the little details that they provided to make our wedding memorable. I am also certain that we got an amazing deal. I priced about 8-10 other catering companies for less food and they were trying to charge us for things that Tiscareno's already included in their packages. I am not only ecstatic with their service but grateful too. They took care of our guests at our wedding and they food was amazing. Thank you again Gaby!

  One of the reasons why our wedding was beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned is because of Gaby Tiscareno and her staff. Her ability to plan and coordinate a wedding is astonishing. Gaby met with my husband and I on several occasions to discuss the way we wanted our tables set up and how we wanted our day to flow. The food tasting was also incredible. Gaby offered so many tasty options that it was difficult for us to choose a dish. Furthermore, Gaby is responsive, professional and creative. She answered all of my questions and made herself available to speak when I needed to check-in with her. Up until today, our guests talk about how delicious the food was and the natural flow of our wedding. Her set-up was planned and organized and she ensured that our vision was accomplished. Gaby helped us by also contracting chairs, chandeliers and by making linens and charger plates available to us. Additionally, Gaby coordinated with all of our vendors to help us make sure that they were punctual and everything was how we wanted it. I highly recommend Gaby and her staff!

  Flavor and smiles is what Gaby is great at. When we tasted her food right away we had a sense that she had awesome flavor in her cooking. Gaby and her staff were great at my wedding and everyone was pleased with the food and service. She sales herself very well and has a lot of passion. During the planning process it was challenging at times to connect with Gaby and get follow-up. I hired an awesome coordinator that helped manage the process and it was helpful as I am not a patient person and a less patient bride. It always felt that she was overbooked and it made me nervous. She did makeup for it after I changed the entire concept of an appetizer table. I was grateful that she was so open to the change and it was one of the biggest hits of the night. People are still talking about the esquite bar!!!! I do recommend to hire Gaby and her team not only for her plentiful favorable food but for flexibility.
