Wedding Caterers in Fullerton

We hired Colette's when we had our wedding at The Muckenthaler Mansion since they are the exclusive caterer to the venue. We worked mostly with Sara, who was absolutely wonderful and was able to answer any questions we had. We wanted brunch for dinner at our wedding, and worked with her to make a menu for our tasting. At our tasting, we worked with Duane. It was so hard to pick what we wanted because everything was so delicious! On our wedding day, we unfortunately had food poisoning from my mother-in-law's cooking, so we didn't get to taste the food. However, our guests raved about how delicious the food was, how great the open bar was, and the staff. I would definitely hire Colette's again since they were such a joy to work with.

My husband and I are so happy that we went with Jason’s Catering for our wedding! Our family and friends all had compliments about the food that they served us and we also got to enjoy an amazing meal on our wedding night. Their staff also worked really well with some of our last minute changes and we are so grateful for their flexibility. Adriana was also such a joy to work with! She knew our venue and wedding coordinator really well, so it was super smooth sailing which helped to alleviate a lot of our planning stress. The whole process of picking our wedding design and menu was very easy and efficient with Adriana walking us through! We highly recommend Jason’s Catering!

The food was great! It was a little confusing though they handed us menus and then told us that it was a fixed menu after about 10minutes and took the menus away. But the 3 dishes we got to choise from were great.

We got married in Long Beach, CA on 10/12/24 and all of our guests said Summit's food was THE BEST they had ever been served at wedding! I cannot recommend Summit Event Catering more! Pamela Aki especially was fantastic to work with. We chose the plated option for a guest count of just under 160 guests. We found the prices to be reasonable as compared to other vendors, and the quality of the menu, ingredients, and overall taste to be outstanding! Additionally, Summit allowed us to make several reasonable alterations to our chosen package, which we were really grateful for, due to several guest allergies, etc! Pam was incredibly communicative throughout our entire working relationship and we are so grateful. She made the process so easy! On our wedding day, everything went smoothly and the Summit staff was fantastic. We look back at the catering portion of our wedding with fond memories. Thank you Summit & Pam!

Kim at Brownstone is a doll! Such a wonderful person to do business with. She was always very professional and flexible. We had an odd catering request...we wanted the dinner at our wedding to be a thanksgiving feast! Thanksgiving is our favorite meal and we were very attached to the idea and Kim happily went right along with it! Her husband is the chef and it turned out that thanksgiving is his favorite meal to cook. Ok, you probably all know that wedding food can be very blah and I was concerned about this because food is one of the most important things to me. Brownstone did not disappoint!! The food was delicious!!! And I even asked several people at the wedding to tell me honestly what they thought and everyone was truly impressed. The only little thing I will mention to keep in mind when working with Brownstone is that they tend to be a bit casual. I personally didn't want plastic cups or cake plates at the wedding so you will need to have Kim specifically ordered those for you if you prefer the real thing. Otherwise, Kim and her team are wonderful! I would definitely recommend Brownstone Catering! Thank you Kim!!!

I used Crepes Bonaparte for my daughter's wedding shower - which had a "Love is in the Air / Springtime in Paris" theme - so the menu was great to fit the theme - and the best part was I did not have to do any cooking!! We added a green salad, fruit and a few appetizers - Everything was delicious - the chefs were friendly and professional - and the prices were very affordable. I was extremely pleased with Crepes Bonaparte.

We booked Stadium Tavern (Fullerton Brewing Co.) after doing a tasting with all four of our potential caterers. Tom was easy to work with, responsive, and super flexible with our ideas and what we wanted to do for our wedding. Appetizers were top-notch, bar service fantastic (they helped us create our signature drink in a separate appointment two weeks before the big day). I can't thank Tom and the entire FBC crew for helping our food and bar plan come to life!

The folks at Chunk n Chip were great to work with - very flexible and open with pricing! Getting to sample the ice cream sandwiches beforehand and pick flavors was a super fun experience. They had gluten free and vegan options as well. They bring little ovens so the cookies are served warm with the ice cream. So delicious, and very efficient service for a wedding of 200 people! All our guests loved them.

We used Spare Hands to help bartend and support my mom’s 70th birthday party (~100 guests), and we can’t recommend them highly enough! From the start, Jennifer (the owner) was a pleasure to work with—she clearly explained their services, was flexible with scheduling, and made the whole process smooth with her thorough communication, payment options, and attention to detail. On the night of the party, we had Sarah and Nimmi as our servers, and they were absolutely stellar. Not only did they handle the bartending with total professionalism, but they also went above and beyond helping wherever needed. Their service was seamless—they were well-prepared, proactive, and never had to be told what to do. It was clear they are highly experienced, and on top of that, they were so friendly and engaging with our guests. Thanks to Spare Hands, my siblings and I were truly able to enjoy the evening as guests instead of worrying about the logistics. Their motto is to “help you be a guest at your own event,” and that’s exactly what they delivered. We would 100% use them again for future events and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and friendly event support.

I definitely recommend using this company or your event. I have used them for at least 5 corporate events and I will continue bringing them in because the quality and service is superior. They are easy to work, knowledgeable and professional. The guests LOVE the presentation that they do, always outstanding.
