  We wanted to make sure the food at our reception was really good and that is exactly what we got from Riverwalk Restaurant! I heard lots of compliments on the appetizers and the staff as well!

  Beautiful setting overlooking the York river. Everything was set up and ready for us as we came off the beach/gazebo wedding and sat down to an wonderful chef prepared meal.

  Wonderful!

  They were wonderful! First the food was delicious!! Wonderful beef and salmon. Second, they were very helpful to rearrange dates due to covid!

  Food was a major HIT

  We spend significant time researching food options, and ultimately decided to go with Riverwalk Restaurant. Our venue was the Yorktown Freight Shed, right next to the restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing and hot. Our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was, even the broccoli was mentioned (who mentions how good broccoli was?). Sherri, the event coordinator, was easy to work with, super responsive, and met with us numerous times and made sure that all our questions were answered. The service was beyond what I expected, and worth the price. There are defiantly catering options that are less expensive, but you will get what you pay for if you use Riverwalk. Thank you so much for the top notch food and service.
