The Twisted Fork is a small, local, award-winning, full-service catering company located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Our goal is to work closely with you to create a custom menu that will not only please your guests' palates but also be beautiful to the eye. We believe in fresh, local foods, a stress-free environment, and a dedicated staff that takes pride in exceptional customer service. Awesome Wedding Catering

There is nothing that Pam and her team at Twisted-Fork can't do! From the very first phone call, Pam assured us that she could make our wedding food dreams come true - and that's exactly what she did! Pam and her team were incredibly flexible, creating and perfecting a menu tailored exactly to our needs and within our budget. From scrumptious hors d'oeuvres to several unique dinner stations to crowd favorite late-night snacks, every bite was delicious. Pam was very communicative throughout the entire process, and her team was amazing, ensuring everything went smoothly. One of our guests made a point to reach out after the wedding to tell us that they still think about the food at the wedding and that brisket has now been revolutionized for them. Thank you Pam and the Twisted-Fork for your dedication in making our wedding day perfect!

Delicious and Professional

Pam with Twisted Fork is a gem! Her food was incredible and we heard rave reviews all night. She was so pleasant and professional to work with and was very helpful during the whole planning process. All of the food and service was great, but the garlic butter steak bites were a big standout and her crab cakes during cocktail hour were superb! You will not be disappointed if you book with Pam at Twisted Fork!

Twisted Fork

Pam was amazing! She was a true godsend for my wedding! Not only was the food delicious, but it was fairly priced and she was so willing to help and accommodate all of the little hiccups that came up along the way. I don’t know that my wedding would have come together if not for both Pam and my wedding coordinator Kelly who already had such a great working relationship that it made things so much easier! Can not say enough good things about Twisted Fork! Pam and her team were ON it, they made sure that my husband and I had plates made and set aside so that we got to enjoy the food too!
