When I first started to plan my wedding, I immediately thought of Catherine with Catherine’s Catering. Catherine was absolutely a lifesaver from the very beginning. Our menu was not something she typically does but she went for it and everyone loved it! She was very accommodating for the tasting, coming to me and we were able to go over everything with her then. She gave us money saving tips and offered so much help! Catherine went above and beyond, even picking our alcohol up for us and adding last minute food orders. We were happy with the food at the wedding and so were our guests. I would definitely recommend Catherine’s Catering for any event and I would hire her again for a different event!

Catherine did a taco bar for our wedding and it was the bomb!! We got so many compliments on how amazing the food was and she was so easy to work with. I would definitely recommend her for any of your catering needs!

I can't say enough great things about Catherine's Catering! My husband and I planned our wedding from out of state (we live in NY). Catherine went ABOVE AND BEYOND on every level! We planned a special weekend trip to Va Beach to look a the venue and meet with vendors, and Catherine came with us to look at the venue (a rental beach house through Siebert Realty). She gave us tons of great ideas, as I had never done this before. Since our venue provided literally nothing but a house, I relied heavily on her help for food, bartender, and furniture rentals. Catherine hooked us up with Affordable Rentals, and she was the main point of contact for everything, which made my life so much easier. The food was amazing!! We over-ordered because we had 22 guests staying with us in the house, and thought it would be nice to have some leftovers. Nope, the leftovers were gone before the next day! Our guests went back for seconds and thirds, and loved every bite. We had BBQ chicken, pulled pork, baked beans, macaroni and cheese, and several southern-themed h'ors d'ouevres. Everything was amazing! We (the bride and groom) couldn't even get seconds on some things because they were eaten so fast! I had a few last minute decor issues (trying to find lights to hang up and needed extension cords), and Catherine was right there, volunteering to bring her own things for us to use! That's unheard of, to have that kind of personal attention and help from your caterer, which is just one reason I HIGHLY recommend Catherine for all your catering needs! We are already trying to think of an excuse to work with her again! :) Besides her amazing food and going above and beyond to help with any and every need, she's also an amazing human being, generous, and kind! She made me feel so comfortable planning my wedding from afar, because I knew everything was in great hands! Because she does everything herself, there is a few day response time, but she's always flexible and easy to schedule time with.

Catherine is fantastic! She was super easy to work with from our initial meeting right through to the wedding. She helped us to decide the menu and we did taste testing to finalize our choices. She incorporated some of our special requests with regards using a Peruvian recipe for empanadas. She was professional throughout our whole wedding process and her team did an excellent job at our wedding reception. The food was excellent and all our guests loved it! We found Catherine at one of the wedding shows and we're so glad we did!

Catherine was so much fun to work with. She came to my house to brainstorm and create the perfect menu and setting for the dinner. I planned my entire wedding and she made it so easy for me because I felt at ease knowing she had both the food and rental equipment/dishes organized. She did everything I asked of her down to the smallest detail. (my wedding was for about 40 people in my backyard - she took over my kitchen when the event started and the night was flawless)

Catherine was amazing to work with. She met with me several times, even coming to my house. I have a young toddler and she always worked around my schedule. Her food is outstanding-she made the day run smoothly and she coordinated all of my rentals. I felt like I had a friend helping me with my wedding instead of just a hired caterer. I highly recommend Catherine for any event!

Catherine was amazing. Through every step she helped us plan our night to a t. The food was amazing and her staff was so personable. She truly was more than a caterer for us she was a great friend through our entire planning. The set up she did for our tables was phenomenal and really added a new level of class. And she was always on time to every meeting. Catherine is an all around perfect addition to anyone's day!

Everyone absolutely raved about the food Catherine provided at my wedding. Her company were also very accommodating, even helping my sister (the maid of honor) get a stain out of her dress!
