Michael is the absolute BEST! I can't rave enough! I hired Michael to help me surprise my groom by singing him an acoustic song with Michael on guitar. To pull off the surprise, I also had Michael sing and play the guitar at the ceremony, performing a prelude, the aisle song, and a recessional. His voice and guitar playing is stunning, bright, and emotive. It made the ceremony feel so special and intimate. When it came to my 'surprise song', Michael was willing and able to learn to play the guitar accompaniment to a song he didn't know in a very short amount of time (2 weeks - it was a very last minute wedding). He even suggested to meet up to practice, during which he was able to instantly pick up the song and play it in way that was true to the song. He clearly has many years of musical experience to be able to mimic a song and play it on his guitar essentially by ear. Additionally, he had professional equipment in which to practice on so I was able to try singing into a microphone before the big day. I feel like I got a voice lesson in addition to everything else! Michael was very patient and gave such helpful and encouraging pointers. After the wedding, so many people told me how wonderful Michael was and one friend who is planning a wedding inquired about him. Overall, I highly, highly recommend Michael if you're looking for a wedding musician. His musicianship, gorgeous voice, approachable demeanor, catalog of songs, and willingness to learn new songs really makes him such a stand out gem. He's beyond talented with years of experience and a voice that is wonderful in recordings and even more beautiful in person. If are looking for a musician, Michael is the real deal. If you're looking to add something special to your wedding to make it extra memorable, consider working with Michael. I know I'm going to remember how he made my day one I'll remember for the rest of my life.

We were so happy to work with Brian Noel and have him perform at our wedding. Communication was excellent from start to finish. He offered thoughtful guidance, and together we created a beautiful, personalized playlist. He made the entire experience feel truly magical!!!

The violinist's performance was exceptional, adding a touch of elegance to the 60th birthday celebration. She has wide selection of music, song to selection from. My husband and I found Gary on youtube and gigmasters.com. His quirky videos cracked us up and during our search we always came back to him. He plays beautifully (check it out for yourself http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V6LY_tnECck) and added to the overall ambiance of our cocktail hour. I was so happy with him, and had so many compliments, that I wish I could have used him for more then just the cocktail hour, but we had a DJ and Ceremony Musicians already booked. Gary is the best! I'd definitely recommend him. He returned our calls and emails within a day if not sooner, was incredibly professional and simply amazing.

Emilio and his band performed for the cocktail portion of our wedding and it was so nice. The candles made it super pretty and classy. Everyone loved him. Thank you guys!

Dean was super fun to work with when we first met him. He was referred to us by my dads friend which Dean was also a part of for his daughters wedding. I felt my husband and I clicked with him right away and he knew exactly what we were looking for on our special day. He played 3 songs during our ceremony that we got to choose and he helped pick a couple last minute since we just loved all the pieces he played for us. During our wedding cocktail hour before the reception we had him play upbeat songs that set the mood for our guests to start mingling and have a few drinks or two. My husband and I recommend Dean Parra a million times because he created a memory for us that will never ever be forgotten!

La Hora Loca staff was friendly and outgoing. They were flexible with times and our wishes to make our event more than successful. They had not only our guests but actual vendors dancing and joining in on the party. We cannot wait to work with them again February 24, 2013 at the Museum of Latin American Art in Long Beach, CA. John's beautiful guitar music added such a lovely touch to our ceremony and cocktail hour! He played our favorite Beatles songs for the processional and recessional, and honestly just hearing the first chords made me emotional before walking down the aisle. He was so friendly and chatted to some guests prior to the ceremony. He graciously provided a microphone for our officiant, too. Our guests all complimented our decision to hire John, and we are so glad we did,

Their performance was one of the most talk about aspects of our wedding. Our quests were still talking about them months after our wedding.

If you're looking for an outstanding guitarist for any type of event, big or small, LOOK NO FURTHER!! I can't begin to explain how amazing Jabe is! From our first communications back and forth, Jabe has been so quick to respond, outgoing, and was able to answer any and all of our questions. His personal website was an awesome resource for sampling some of his work, as well as selecting our personalized playlist for our wedding. Together we created the most epic setlist for our wedding cocktail hour and it completely matched our personality, venue, and wedding style. Jabe was beyond amazing and all our guests absolutely loved his performance! He came perfectly on time and was self sufficient setting up. He worked quietly in the background as the wedding ceremony was taking place, and was ready to rock as soon as cocktail hour began. Jabe completely exceeded all of our expectations. Our wedding was EPIC and he was one of the main reasons. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients and you would be so lucky if he were your entertainment for your next event. 10 stars! HIGHLY recommend!
