Claudia and the whole live aqua team were amazing! They made our wedding one for the record books. Our friends and guests have been telling us it is the best wedding they have ever been to. Claudia knocked it out of the park especially, paying attention to details we wouldn't think of and taking care of things behind the scenes to make it flawless. The Live Aqua team were extremely friendly, helpful, courteous, and were really excited about our wedding. My expectations were high and the resort blew it out of the water....sand. LOL. the dance floor over the pool set the night off after a gorgeous wedding on the beach with a cocktail hour. I cannot say enough how happy we are with the memories Claudia and the resort helped us make. -

Live Aqua was an amazing place to tie the knot. We have been impressed by the level of care we have received from the first time we walked in to tour the location and ask for packages up to the end of our stay the week of the wedding.
Claudia, our wedding coordinator, was easily accessible, in communication with us via email, phone, and WhatsApp when we needed her, and extremely helpful. She was very upfront about costs and what would look good for our wedding. She coordinated with the vendors and made the selection of food, lighting, and location easy to understand.
Armando took care of us at the venue, making sure we were happy and working with vendors to make the wedding a dream come true. We are extremely satisfied with the level of service we received and with the venue itself. It was gorgeous. The wedding was on the beach and the party by a pool. The food was fantastic and looked great as well. The DJ and photographer (Hey Love! was the photographer and they are amazing) suggested by the venue were also top notch. We are so happy we chose Live Aqua, and so happy we had Claudia and Armando taking care of us.

One in a lifetime experience at Live Aqua Cancun
Claudia Perez and Armando Montalvo were our dynamic duo -- we worked with them for 7 months prior to our wedding date in December 2019. We appreciated all their hard work and it was an honor to work with such honest, reliable, responsible, and diligent people. Everything from room bookings to decoration details was meticulously managed with expertise. All of our guests staying at the hotel had a wonderful experience; our ceremony was BEAUTIFUL, and all the setup was gorgeous. Unfortunately it rained right when cocktail hour was about to start and the rest of the event had to be moved indoors, but Claudia and Armando managed this very well considering the situation. Everyone had an amazing time, and their dedication and service to our event was outstanding. The hotel is amazing in itself as well and we will definitely be going back. -

Better than our happiest dream
There is no words that can describe what they have done for us.
Armando and Claudia were definitely amazing.
Basically, they made something that is already special (our wedding) and took it to another level.
Armando is by far one of the best persons I have ever know. Our stay wouldn't be complete without his services. Just the best.
All of my and my wife's requests were answer almost immediately.
The place and all of the staff are amazing and extremely friendly.
We will return ASAP! -

My wedding was everything I imagined and more. It was beautiful and everything went smooth. Claudia, my wedding coordinator, made sure that I felt very special on my big day. She dealt with everything. I never felt left out of any decisions and I never felt like I had to do everything. She was amazing and all of the decorations were beautiful. The food was delicious. We had the best time tasting the food. The music was great and my photographer was just the best! We highly recommend going with Vincent at Pixan. Honestly, there are no words to describe how happy I am with the way my wedding turned out. It was the best day of my life! -

Absolutely over delivered!!!
Live Aqua Cancun is an amazing place to begin with. The team there is what sets it apart from every place else. For our wedding, we pulled off a huge request ... a sunrise wedding on the beach. Everything was beautiful and ready ... by 5:30 AM. They set up everything in the dark, literally. They executed to perfection and everyone with a smile. We brought 45 friends and family from the US too.... for 4 days. Everyone was in awe! -

Incredible, just incredible!
We had originally opted out of a traditional wedding for the sake of expense, and everything going on in 2020. We decided that instead, we would book an all-inclusive vacation for ourselves and invite anyone that wanted to join us to do so. We never dreamed we would have 40+ book to join us! Our wedding planner, Claudia, and I met multiple times over video chat to plan out all the details. Everything we asked for was completely non-traditional, and no one ever batted an eye. Our requests were not only met, but exceeded, time and time again. Our wedding coordinator, Armando, was prompt and professional. The two of them make an excellent team and the customer service is can't be compared to anything I've experienced. After we arrived with our party, they even had even thrown in a couple of "surprises" for us that we had considered but declined due to budget. For reference, our plans looked like this: 8am first look photos with the resort photographer, Live Pix. Highly recommend! 9AM wedding on Ego's Terrace. 9:45AM private brunch reception at Hidden Garden. Then we were intentional to have our party reserve many of the Cabanas around the party pool where we spent the remainder of the day celebrating with friends.
Incredible day! Thank you Live Aqua team! I don't plan to have another wedding, but if I did- I'd do it all over again! -

User4669533 Sent on 01/19/2016This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel with a spectacular beach and a gorgeous modern feel! We had our wedding here and were completely amazed by everything! From the venue, to the food, the awesome spots for very unique pictures! I would not have changed a thing and totally and completely recommend this hotel for everyone! I feel you get a lot more than what you pay for, given the quality of every aspect they manage!

After a rough year with the pandemic it was so refreshing to have Claudia in our corner. We went back and forth with a larger celebration to something a bit more intimate before being forced by the pandemic to downsize our wedding to a private ceremony on the beach. She was so helpful and patient with the ever changing dynamics surrounding our wedding. We appreciated her so much for being so accommodating and helpful. It was the small touches that meant the most. Adding certain courses to our beach front dinner menu that weren’t apart of the options. Or sending champagne and treats to our room on the night of our honeymoon. Claudia was amazing and we love her so much for everything. I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married in Cancun. -

Amazing Experience

Outstanding service from Live Aqua and Claudia!
My son’s wedding was cancelled in May 2020 but we moved ahead to November 2020. Live Aqua worked with us to reschedule with no hesitation. Claudia, with their wedding planning office, worked closely and cooperatively with our wedding planner. She helped make putting the event together from long distance super easy. Even after we arrived and wanted a few minor changes at the last moment, she made them happen. The wedding and reception were so beautiful and memorable we will be forever grateful to Live Aqua, Claudia, and her wedding assistant Armando. -
