Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa

I am so happy we went with Dreams Puerto Morelos. They initially stood out to us because they were so responsive through emails. Many other resorts kept us waiting for days or even weeks to get more wedding information, but Dreams consistently responded the same day, sometimes within the hour!

We were helped by Ilians and Denise. They were both extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful during our time organizing the wedding. Once we finally arrived to the resort, they were SO kind in person. The day of the wedding, they had everything completely taken care of. Everything was so organized, I literally had nothing to worry about. These ladies are so incredible at their jobs, I cannot compliment them enough.

Everything came together so beautifully. I highly recommend booking the violinist, it truly set such a beautiful vibe. Also, the cake was so delicious!

Overall I highly recommend Dreams for a wedding. All of their information is extremely clear, so it’s easy to decide what does and doesn’t work in your budget. I am extremely happy with our wedding, I felt like it was definitely worth the value.

From the very beginning of our venue search, Jacqueline was absolutely exceptional.

Although we ultimately chose a different property for our November 2026 wedding, our experience with Jacqueline at Dreams Puerto Morelos was nothing short of outstanding. She welcomed us so warmly during our in-person tour and immediately made us feel celebrated, seen, and completely at ease as a two-bride couple planning a destination wedding.

Jacqueline is incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented. She walked us through every package option, venue space, and logistical consideration with patience and clarity, answering all of our many questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. What truly stood out was how carefully she listened. She remembered specific details about our vision, from wanting to enter the ceremony together from opposite sides of the aisle, to our preference for private spaces off the sand, to our need for vendors experienced with Black hair and skin. She even noted our nut allergies and room block preferences. That level of attentiveness meant so much to us.

Beyond her professionalism, Jacqueline is simply a joy to work with. She followed up promptly, shared detailed recaps of our visit, provided transparent pricing information, and extended generous incentives without ever making us feel pressured. Even after we informed her of our decision to move forward elsewhere, she responded with genuine kindness and warm wishes for our marriage. That speaks volumes about her character.

Any couple would be lucky to have Jacqueline guiding them through their wedding planning journey at Dreams Puerto Morelos. She brings expertise, organization, warmth, and heart to everything she does. We are so grateful for the time and care she invested in us and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone considering this resort for their celebration.
