  We used Emby Taylor for our engagement and wedding photos, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Mary Beth and Colin truly are amazing at what they do. The pictures are more gorgeous than we could have ever imagined, and the entire process was easy because of these two!
  
  From the moment that we met Mary Beth, we felt comfortable. She has a great sense of humor and is so easy to be around. Our engagement pictures truly felt natural, and we could not have been happier with the result. Throughout the entire planning process of the wedding, Mary Beth was easy to reach. We met a few weeks before the wedding and laid out a basic timeline, and Mary Beth and Colin were so helpful in working with our DJ to execute this timeline on the day of the wedding. Our bridal party loved these two; they all commented on how much fun they had just talking and laughing with our photographers! Everyone (even my husband!) felt comfortable in front of the camera with them because they truly made taking pictures fun and easy. Formal pictures following the ceremony were efficient because we had a plan, and we were able to sneak away for about 15 minutes during dinner to get beautiful couple sunset photos.
  
  Pictures came back right around 6 weeks, which is what we planned, and we could not be more thrilled. They were creative and captured our day perfectly. I would recommend Emby Taylor to anyone looking for a photographer! We would certainly love to work with them again in the future!

  I knew I wanted Emby Taylor to do my wedding two days after I had gotten engaged. I saw them at a bridal show and instantly fell in love! The way they talked about their other couples and the pictures they had done I knew I needed them for my wedding. During our engagement photos, bridal portraits, and wedding they made us feel so comfortable and at ease. They were very professional but also made things fun and made sure I got every photo I wanted. They have such wonderful personalities that helped with the stress and crazy emotions on our wedding day. I am so thankful for our beautiful wedding photos and have them displayed in every corner of my house. I can't wait to get many more photos taken by them!

Photography was perhaps one of the most important decisions I made during our wedding planning process because I knew that was what we would have to treasure in the future. Hiring Emby Taylor Photography was hands down the best decision. Mary Beth was so friendly and fun! Here and Colin were an absolute joy to be around on our wedding day. They made my wedding party and family feel so comfortable and they fit right in with the flow of the day!   From the first time I talked to Mary Beth on the phone, I felt like I was talking to a longtime friend from home. She was so easy to talk to and made it one of the easiest decisions to pick Emby Taylor to photograph our big day. They were accommodating to our needs and flexible with our timelines. Before the big day arrived, they planned with us a detailed photography timeline and went over our must have photos. This made our wedding day run so smoothly with all of our lined out photos. Once we met them on our big day, we felt like we had known them forever. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Even though there was a camera everywhere, catching all of our moments, they didn't make it feel awkward or stressful. We would definitely work with them in the future and highly recommend them for any events that you want captured. Emby Taylor is not only highly professional and provides you with beautiful pictures, but they are personally amazing and make the day even better.

  I don't even know where to begin with Emby Taylor Photography!! Mary Beth is the most amazing photographer ever! She made our engagement photoshoot and wedding so much fun, as well as my bridal portraits! She took so many photos and they were all edited so beautifully! She not only edited our photos, but designed our beautiful engagement photo album and wedding album. Her and her husband were very professional but also very fun to work with! I will definitely be recommending them to any one in need of a photographer!

  Mary Beth & Colin are amazing photographers & amazing people. Our wedding and engagement photos were perfect, and every moment was beautifully captured.   I love Emby Taylor Photography! Mary Beth and Colin are such an awesome team, and we connected with them right away! I was concerned about finding someone that we would be truly comfortable around, because they would be with us all day long to capture this very intimate, special time for us. And Mary Beth and Colin did just that. We had so much fun with them and yet they were very professional and the final images were amazing. We am so lucky we got to have Mary Beth photograph our engagement, our wedding, and our maternity shoot! She's been with us through it all, and you couldn't go wrong with choosing Emby Taylor Photography.

  Simply put, Mary Beth and Colin are the best! Hiring Emby Taylor for our wedding photography might be one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. From day one, Mary Beth made us feel so comfortable and really explained how everything would work. She has such a great sense of humor, and she just reconfirmed that we had made an amazing decision!! And then the real magic came through on our wedding day. That sense of humor was vital for our wedding, as Mary Beth and Colin were able to wrangle our crazy wedding party (read: groomsmen) to get every shot that we wanted, and a ton that we didn't even know we needed!!! We had discussed really wanting a photo-journalistic approach, and they did just that, while still getting the requisite posed shots we wanted. Images came back at right about 6 weeks, which was exactly what Mary Beth had arranged with us. We are thrilled!!!!!

  Mary Beth and Colin are such a fun wife/husband combo! My husband (Kyle) and I worked with MB and Colin for about 9 months leading up to our wedding. From our engagement session to bridals and the wedding itself, Kyle and I fell in love with MB and Colin and the way the run their business. I don't think that our wedding would be the same without these two helping run the show! We can not express how flexible and loving MB and Colin are! We can't wait to have them document future adventures in our life :)

  Emby Taylor Photography were my wedding photographers. They are MOST talented and FUN to be around, too. They are very professional and make every effort to cover your entire day and capture every single detail. My husband is not a picture-person and really doesn't like to be photographed; however, MaryBeth was so quick to capture tons of great images without going through the re-take process, which was one of my fears. She instantly made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and our pictures truly reflect our "normal" personalities with smiles, laughter, "looks" and love, for which I am so grateful! My bridal portraits were shot at the Duke Mansion and MaryBeth did all of the leg work on the venue room reservation, locations for each shot session, etc. She even brought snacks and cold drinks for me and mother to enjoy during our session - how thoughtful? On our wedding day, MB and Colin arrived extra-early and covered every single idea (and much more) that I'd pinned on my pinterest board and shared with her during our pre-meets. She totally took the pinterest love that I shared, captured every shot that I imagined and brought every bride's dream to life. She works for and with YOU and totally goes above and beyond to be sure your day is captured exactly how you imagined. Emby Taylor Photography has a client for life! A++

  We used Emby Taylor Photography for both our engagement and wedding photos. Mary Beth was extremely understanding of what we had in mind for our photo sessions. For the engagement session, we wanted to involve my family farm and horses in the photos. Mary Beth created gorgeous rustic photos and captured light from the evening sun setting. We felt very comfortable during our session and Mary Beth was an expert in working with our horses.
  
  Since we had such a wonderful experience with our engagement photos, we of course chose Emby Taylor Photography for our wedding. Mary Beth had spent a great deal of time in preparation for the day. She had contacted my church to ensure that all details were in place. Also, she arranged for us to have photos taken at The Gem Theater in Kannapolis, NC. They allowed us to have one of a kind photos taken inside the theater and they placed our names and wedding date on the marquee outside. She ensured that the meaning and importance of our ceremony was captured as well as us having breath taking photos taken at the Gem Theater and outdoors in downtown Kannapolis.
  
  Emby Taylor Photography is punctual and easy to communicate with. They provide a variety of photos that are tailored to your specific requests. We really feel that we received the best treatment and quality. We are both in agreement that we will use Emby Taylor Photography for any memories we need captured for the rest of our lives.

  I am so thankful that I chose Emby Taylor Photography for our wedding! From day one, Mary Beth made everything so easy. Not only is she super sweet but she always went above and beyond to do her research and make us comfortable. She spent the time to "scout" out all locations we mentioned both for engagement and wedding photos and added amazing insight and alternate ideas as well. She always listened to the vision I had in mind and also successfully added to it.

  She was wonderful on our wedding day! Our wedding pictures are so much more than I had hoped for. The combination of formal portraits, live shots and artistic photos is perfect. She is great at catching those moments that you will always want to remember.
  
  Not only did the pictures turn out perfect, she was also so easy to work with. Many of my wedding party commented on her style and how comfortable she made us. I know my husband (who hates pictures) and I could not have been more at ease with her.
