  The staff at Charles Koll are amazing. My fiance was able to customize my engagement ring and they lent him a stand-in wedding band since he had planned on us getting married at the courthouse the next day! We just customized our wedding bands and can't wait to the end results. Judging from the realistic 3D renderings they've sent, we'll treasure them for a long time to come!

  We worked with Richard and he was beyond fantastic. That being said, every time we came into the store, we were greeted by the staff and made to feel welcome. They worked closely with my fiance to design my engagement ring and then with both of us to design my wedding band. Always so nice and welcoming every time we walked into the store, offered something to drink (from wine to hot cocoa with little marshmallows!), triple checked to see if we had any questions, and just made the whole process fantastic. Best jeweler in San Diego, no question!

  Fantastic experience. Charles Koll custom designed both my engagement ring and wedding band.
  
  We showed up to get the wedding band about two weeks before the wedding (oops!). Despite the total crunch, they custom designed and made the perfect wedding band. It is exactly what I wanted.
  
  The service was professional and friendly. The price they quoted us was cheaper than what some other jewelers had quoted, and the quality was better at CK. Also, the final cost of the band ended up being more than the quote, but they matched the quote they provided us.

  Amazing staff, and amazing jewels! They go above and beyond with customer service and make you feel at ease. They definitely know they're diamonds and the jewelry market. They also use the CAD software to create unique and one-of-a-kind pieces upon request. Definitely a place you should visit before making any investments in jewelry - my husband has already returned several times for additional gifts!

  We purchased our wedding bands at Charles Koll and are so pleased with the products, professionalism, and personalities of the staff. We have found our jewelers for life at this store, not only because of their top-of-the-line workmanship but because of how they treat their customers. We trust them and enjoy coming in to the store. To top it off, my husband loves visiting because they always offer him a drink!

  Choosing an engagement ring can be such a stressful time for a guy. Not only the financial aspect of making the purchase but making sure you select the right one. After checking out some of the highly advertised stores, I had a recommendation to check out Charles Koll in Fashion Valley Mall. Partner David Armstrong met with us and answered a ton of questions, explained the differences in gems/pricing all while not forcing something we didn't want down our throats. After picking out the band, David chatted with me a bit about my budget and once I was close to having the funds, contacted me to come look at some diamonds. David made a masterpiece and I can honestly say that the look on my wife's face when I proposed to her was priceless. While my wife has frugal taste, diamonds were one area she was particular about and she couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. If you want a unique ring, check out Charles Koll. While Tiffany and Co. is right across the way, you'll find a lot nicer rings at Charles Koll at a way better price.

  My husband found this store when he was searching for an engagement ring. Charles Koll specializes in custom jewelery so you can either buy something that one of their designers have created or you can design your own. My husband was so sweet - he chose a design that they made especially for me, and it was all a surprise. I was really touched - it's a personalized piece, which made it very special to me. The staff at Charles Koll are great, they allow you to take your time while giving you options and helping you to find jewelry that fits your likes and personality. I highly recommend this store - an engagement ring and wedding bands are something you will wear for a long time and I think it makes sense to spend the time to find or design something you love.

  We custom designed and ordered our wedding bands from Charles Koll Jewelers. They are incredible.
  
  The whole process was incredible. Everyone there is amazing and we can't wait until the wedding so we can get wear them forever!!

  Charles Koll made me a bautiful custom ring, it's gorgeous. Before I has my engagement ring reset and our wedding bands made I would come in for cleanings while I was shopping at the mall. The employees are very gracious and welcoming. David spent allot of time helping us pick out the perfect setting. Everything was perfect up until we picked the rings up. Either their computer system needs to change or they need to prepare their invoices before customers come in. We waited 40 minutes for them to figure out billing. All in all Im very happy I chose Charles Koll to design my ring
