My fiance purchased an engagement ring that did not have a matching band. I went to at least half a dozen fine jewelry stores trying to find one that would fit, but most did little to help and just kept telling me to get a custom band (which would START at $2000). I went into Robbins Brothers and Sarah was AMAZING! She found a band that would fit and when I asked about making small changes to better match my engagement ring, she made great suggestions that resulted in a band that could not possibly match better with my engagement ring. Then she helped when we took the ring into the store to get resized. My husband purchased the protection plan so resizing wasn’t an additional cost.

We were so happy with Gina and Robbins Brothers we went back there to purchase our wedding bands. It was so easy and Gina completely understood what we were losing for and the price we wanted to pay.

Came here for my husband's wedding band after seeing the same old things at the other jewelry stores at the mall. Those stores had about 1-2 cases of bland men's bands and Robbins Brothers had about 8! Our sales rep was super helpful and not pushy whatsoever. He even let me look at other wedding bands for myself even though I already had one. We are so happy with his band and are confident and SO HAPPY about the fact that it's unique and won't look like his coworkers or friends.

Went into the jewelry shop on my own to look for an engagement ring. The staff was very courteous and always greet you at the door. Margot was very informative and helped me make an informed decision when picking out the diamond that I eventually chose for the ring. They had quite a selection of settings and even did custom work on the one I chose at no added cost. It was done and ready for me to pick up in no time. The engagement rings come in a box with a nifty light that makes sure you see the glittering diamond, even in a dark setting. They were helpful throughout the entire process, and I continue to visit with my now fiancee for free ring cleanings/polishing. The guarantees and services they provide with the ring are an added plus. We'll likely get our wedding bands from them as well.

After many of the popular chain stores, my fiancé and I went here to look for my engagement ring. They have a HUGE selection of designer collections so you are certainly not limited. It's a big store but beautiful and isn't like a warehouse if you may think that. Everyone is professional and helpful and goes out of their way to teach you everything about diamonds! We worked with Chan for 4 hours and chose a gorgeous diamond for my setting. There was never any pressure to buy and I felt like he genuinely wanted us to be well informed and happy with a purchase. My fiancé ended up purchasing that day because of all the diamonds we had seen elsewhere, these were the highest quality! Also, my fiancé is legally blind and cannot drive, we had no friends/family in the area, so Chan personally delivered the ring to our house for my fiancé!! How many people can say a jeweler drive a ring to their home?! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!
