Our wedding at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar was an absolute dream come true. Rebecca and her assistant Paola were incredibly attentive and ensured that every detail was executed flawlessly. With around 30 guests, it was the perfect intimate wedding and easy to plan. We did not have to have a wedding planner. The venue's recommended vendors list provided by Rebecca, was very helpful when it came to choosing vendors to work with for our wedding day, contributing to a seamless and memorable event. Rebecca and Paola took care of everything the day of, including handling vendors when they arrived. We had our ceremony in the Marbella Garden, which provided a picturesque backdrop that exceeded our expectations. The reception at the beach deck was equally breathtaking, offering panoramic views and a serene ambiance that perfectly complemented our celebration. The only downside was the distance of the bathroom from the beach deck area, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this minor inconvenience was overshadowed by the overall beauty and service provided by the Wyndham. The attentiveness from the staff was unmatched, there was never a time they weren't making sure we were all set. The food was amazing and the bartender always made sure we had a drink in our hand, which we appreciated! We were treated like royalty from the moment we checked into the hotel until we checked out! We are immensely grateful to Rebecca, Paola, and the entire team at Wyndham Grand Rio Mar for making our wedding day absolutely unforgettable. Their dedication and professionalism ensured that we could relax and fully enjoy every moment of our special day, which we did! Thank you so much! We look forward to celebrating at the Wyndham in the future!!!

I recently had my wedding at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve and the wedding turned out absolutely astonishing. The banquet staff, led by Melody Oberhuber did an absolutely spectacular job. The food was fantastic and the service from the banquet staff was great. The location and the facilities are TO DIE FOR. Everyone who came to visit were absolutely entranced by the space. However, it did seem like the hotel was at 99% capacity for that weekend and the hotel staff could've been better (or better staffed | they may have been overwhelmed). I had a few standouts for incredible service, including Alexavier, who gave us a better room when our first room had a horrific view and it would've shown in our photos. We also had a bunch of issues with getting carts in a timely matter. We did rent a private cart for our big day and Samuel was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL in making sure everyone made it safe and on time to their assigned spots. Overall, we enjoyed our experience very much, but I think the service from some of the hotel staff could use some improvement.

Our wedding at this venue was absolutely breathtaking! The setting is so unique and picturesque, and we received endless compliments from guests. Being in the rainforest made it feel like such a special experience. Norma was wonderful and even stopped by before the wedding to personally wish us well, which meant a lot. The team does run on a bit of “island time,” so communication can take a little longer at first, but they were more responsive as the date got closer and everything came together beautifully. One of our favorite parts is that the venue is also a live horse stable, with horses, goats, dogs, and cats on the property, which made it even more special for us. There's also endless places to get such great photos for us and our guests! We’re so happy we chose this venue and can't recommend it enough!!

I was emailed the packages and set up a intro phone call all within 24hours. I was able to get quick responses and talking to Gerry was great! My fiancé and I are in a peculiar situation as we are also event professionals and want to do things differently. Gerry was so kind and I felt like she was genuinely excited for us as well! This kind of reaction made us feel so much better!! She had great ideas and had an answer to every question I had! She gave such good insight and was able to paint a picture in my head. Not only did a get a proposal within 48 hours after the phone call but the menu, the spaces they offer and the amenities look AMAZING! We can’t wait to look at the venue and hopefully pick our wedding date with the St. Regis!

Hacienda Azucena completely blew our expectations away!! It’s such a special venue in a beautiful part of Puerto Rico, and they made our wedding day truly unforgettable. They followed our visual direction perfectly while adding their own thoughtful touches that elevated everything even more! Working with Carmen and Stephanie was an absolute dream and every step of the process exceeded our expectations. Planning a destination wedding can feel intimidating, but they made it feel effortless! By the time the day came, all I had to focus on was being present and enjoying every moment. The decor, florals food, DJ, cake and overall experience were incredible. We received so many compliments from our guests! Not just about how beautiful everything was, but about how intimate and special the entire day felt. Many said it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to. If I could relive our wedding day, I would in a heartbeat. 20 stars if I could.
