El 11 de abril de 2026 celebré la boda de mis sueños en Jardines del Castillo. Desde el inicio, Carol estuvo siempre pendiente, guiándome y ayudándome con cada detalle, haciendo que todo el proceso fuera mucho más fácil y especial. El día del evento, Carlos estuvo atento a absolutamente todo, asegurándose de que cada momento fluyera perfecto.

El servicio es simplemente excepcional. La comida, espectacular. La vibra, mágica. Y poder casarme debajo de ese árbol… wow, no hay palabras para describirlo. Todos nuestros invitados salieron completamente enamorados de la experiencia.

Los escogería mil veces más. 🤍

Nuestra experiencia celebrando la boda de nuestra hija en Jardines del Castillo fue hermosa. El lugar tiene una atmósfera muy romántica y especial, exactamente el ambiente que ella soñaba para su boda.
Como organizamos todo a distancia (destination wedding), tenía muchísimas preguntas, especialmente a medida que se acercaba la fecha. Carol siempre estuvo disponible y respondió con mucha paciencia y amabilidad cada mensaje y cada duda que surgía en el proceso.
También queremos mencionar a Carlos, que fue súper atento desde el primer día y durante la boda. Estuvo pendiente de todo lo relacionado con las mesas, las sillas y la comida, siempre ayudando y asegurándose de que todo fluyera bien.

La comida estuvo muy sabrosa; escogimos el buffet de comida típica y a los invitados les encantó. Además, el equipo de catering, el bartender y los mozos ofrecieron un servicio excepcional durante toda la noche.

Muchos de nuestros invitados viajaron desde fuera de Puerto Rico y quedaron impresionados con la belleza del lugar. Incluso algunos invitados locales nos preguntaban cómo habíamos encontrado ese sitio, porque decían que parecía un paraíso escondido.

Estamos muy agradecidos con todo el equipo de Jardines del Castillo por ayudarnos a celebrar un día tan especial para nuestra familia. Fue una experiencia preciosa que siempre vamos a recordar.

I first came across the venue on Instagram as I was planning to have a destination wedding in PR while living in NY. I reached out to Carol via email and scheduled a Facetime call for her to show me the venue and answer my initial questions. A few months later my husband and I took a trip to PR to see the venue in person. I instantly fell in love and knew it was the place we would get married. The ceremony tree and natural greenery is truly breathtaking! Carol and her staff were flexible and always responsive via email as we began planning and customizing everything including food options and being able to bring our own alcohol. They provided us with a list of vendors which we did use for shuttle transportation, speciality stations (ice cream bar and piragua cart) and even our day of event coordinator. Planning a destination wedding is hard when you can’t visit often so you rely on communication between vendors. The wedding day itself went smoothly, no hiccups! The staff were so kind! Bartenders were fun and attentive, we always had drinks ready. The food was amazing and the chef catered to us directly. The DJ was phenomenal, took all of our recommendations and followed the type of music we had sent him prior. We truly had our dream wedding and I would recommend the venue 100%!

I had my intimate wedding here with about 25 guests, and it was truly better than anything I could have imagined. From the very beginning, Carol was amazing—she gave me the tour, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely confident and doubt-free leading up to the big day.

The chef, Carlos, prepared some of the most delicious food I’ve ever had, and I’m so glad my guests enjoyed it just as much as I did. My parents are still raving about how incredible the food was and how kind the staff is. Speaking of staff—the entire team was unbelievably warm and attentive. Ricardo, the bartender, was especially impressive, managing to keep up with my guests’ fun (and loud!) “shots” chants with ease and a smile.

One of the highlights was being able to get married under the stunning Flamboyan tree, thanks to the beautiful weather that day. It was the perfect setting, and I couldn’t have chosen a more gorgeous and welcoming place for such a special occasion.

Overall a 10/10 experience with Jardines Del Castillo. The communication throughout the process was smooth and consistent, food was delicious, the DJ for the wedding was awesome, and the venue was absolutely stunning. We were very happy with the venue and we would recommend to anyone who is planning to get married in PR.

As a mother, my heart is overflowing with happiness and gratitude after Anita and Brennan’s wedding at Los Jardines del Castillo. The venue was beyond beautiful—like something straight out of a dream. Surrounded by lush gardens and the enchanting castle, it was the perfect place for such a special day. The atmosphere was filled with love, warmth, and the beauty of nature, making it feel even more magical.

But what truly made this day unforgettable was the incredible service. From the very first moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family. Carol, in particular, was a blessing. Her professionalism, her thoughtful attention to every detail, and her genuinely caring nature made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I could see the love she put into making sure everything was perfect, and as a mother, that meant the world to me.

Seeing my daughter’s dream wedding come to life in such a stunning, peaceful place—surrounded by the people she loves—was an indescribable joy. It truly was a day I will treasure forever. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Carol greeted us at our first show in. She was very kind and helpful while we were there. We simply felt in love with the place and their hospitality. The wedding ceremony by the flamboyan tree was beyond my expectations. The surroundings were beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our wedding reception at Los Jardines del Castillo. It’s a charming atmosphere and a great place to get married. I highly recommend it.

¡Inolvidable! Nuestro tiempo en Jardines del Castillo fue simplemente mágico. Carol, la coordinadora, fue súper atenta y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier duda que tuviéramos. La belleza del lugar habla por sí misma; no me imaginaría casándome en ningún otro sitio. Cada rincón del venue creó la atmósfera perfecta para nuestro gran día. We had a handful of requirements while searching for a venue in Puerto Rico - we wanted the space to feel outdoorsy in nature, but still have the area covered (in case it rained), good air flow and AC units, a generator, parking spaces, vegan food options, plenty of space for outside vendors, stunning ambiance, and clear/quick communication between the venue coordinator and I. This venue literally checked off all of our boxes and we were SO happy about choosing this location for our wedding.

I only reserved a "Day-Of Coordinator", so all of the specific questions that I had throughout the months of planning went to the venue coordinator, and she responded to quickly and concisely, making the process much easier for me. Even random little details that I asked for was accommodated. They truly made the experience feel special, and the ambiance of the venue is MAGICAL!

My friends and family were raving about the venue, saying how beautiful it was to be tucked away in the mountainside with the draped lights, surrounded by gorgeous large trees, with a nostalgic/cozy feel to it. I 10/10 recommend Jardines del Castillo!
