I had my intimate wedding here with about 25 guests, and it was truly better than anything I could have imagined. From the very beginning, Carol was amazing—she gave me the tour, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely confident and doubt-free leading up to the big day.
The chef, Carlos, prepared some of the most delicious food I’ve ever had, and I’m so glad my guests enjoyed it just as much as I did. My parents are still raving about how incredible the food was and how kind the staff is. Speaking of staff—the entire team was unbelievably warm and attentive. Ricardo, the bartender, was especially impressive, managing to keep up with my guests’ fun (and loud!) “shots” chants with ease and a smile.
One of the highlights was being able to get married under the stunning Flamboyan tree, thanks to the beautiful weather that day. It was the perfect setting, and I couldn’t have chosen a more gorgeous and welcoming place for such a special occasion. -

As a mother, my heart is overflowing with happiness and gratitude after Anita and Brennan’s wedding at Los Jardines del Castillo. The venue was beyond beautiful—like something straight out of a dream. Surrounded by lush gardens and the enchanting castle, it was the perfect place for such a special day. The atmosphere was filled with love, warmth, and the beauty of nature, making it feel even more magical.
But what truly made this day unforgettable was the incredible service. From the very first moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family. Carol, in particular, was a blessing. Her professionalism, her thoughtful attention to every detail, and her genuinely caring nature made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I could see the love she put into making sure everything was perfect, and as a mother, that meant the world to me.
Seeing my daughter’s dream wedding come to life in such a stunning, peaceful place—surrounded by the people she loves—was an indescribable joy. It truly was a day I will treasure forever. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
I’m so excited to share some photos from that beautiful day, which will always hold a special place in our hearts. I wholeheartedly recommend Los Jardines del Castillo to anyone who wants to experience a magical day. It’s a place where dreams come true. 100% recommended with all my heart! -

Carol greeted us at our first show in. She was very kind and helpful while we were there. We simply felt in love with the place and their hospitality. The wedding ceremony by the flamboyan tree was beyond my expectations. The surroundings were beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our wedding reception at Los Jardines del Castillo. It’s a charming atmosphere and a great place to get married. I highly recommend it. -

We had a handful of requirements while searching for a venue in Puerto Rico - we wanted the space to feel outdoorsy in nature, but still have the area covered (in case it rained), good air flow and AC units, a generator, parking spaces, vegan food options, plenty of space for outside vendors, stunning ambiance, and clear/quick communication between the venue coordinator and I. This venue literally checked off all of our boxes and we were SO happy about choosing this location for our wedding.
I only reserved a "Day-Of Coordinator", so all of the specific questions that I had throughout the months of planning went to the venue coordinator, and she responded to quickly and concisely, making the process much easier for me. Even random little details that I asked for was accommodated. They truly made the experience feel special, and the ambiance of the venue is MAGICAL!
My friends and family were raving about the venue, saying how beautiful it was to be tucked away in the mountainside with the draped lights, surrounded by gorgeous large trees, with a nostalgic/cozy feel to it. I 10/10 recommend Jardines del Castillo! -

Best Wedding Venue Ever!
Me casé el 25 de noviembre de 2023.
Mi esposo y yo quedamos enamorados del lugar desde que lo vimos por primera vez. No habíamos hecho cotización y ya sabíamos que nos queriamos casar allí si o si, nuestra boda fue de ensueño, el personal fue increíble, la boda corrió sola, la comida fue perfecta el chef Carlos, y Carol fueron nuestros héroes. Carol, se aseguró de cada detalle, todo lo que nos prometieron lo vimos y aún más y Carlos se aseguró de que la comida fuera perfecta, la barra, los tiempos, la salida del bizcocho. No nos tuvimos que preocupar por nada, nos sentimos en un cuento de hadas. Las fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar. Ya queremos renovar votos solo por repetir ese día y volver aquí. Si estas pensando casarte aquí, no lo pienses mucho, porque no te vas a arrepentir.
I got married on November 25, 2023.
My husband and I fell in love with the place from the first time we saw it. We hadn't made a quote and we already knew that we wanted to get married there no matter what. Our wedding was a dream, the staff was incredible, the wedding ran by itself, the food was perfect, Chef Carlos and Carol were our heroes. Carol made sure of every detail, everything they promised us we saw and even more and Carlos made sure the food was perfect, the bar, the timing, the way the cake came out. We didn't have to worry about anything, we felt like we were in a fairy tale. The photos don't do the place justice. We already want to renew our vows just to repeat that day and come back here. If you are thinking of getting married here, don't think about it too much, because you won't regret it. -

I just can’t say enough nice things about this family owned venue. Getting married here was a dream come true. The beauty of the grounds is just indescribable. The meal served during our wedding was delicious

There are so many picturesque spot. I have to say this was the ONLY venue I looked at. Once I saw this venue on wedding wire I knew it was it for me, and seeing it in person sealed it in. I never even thought to look anywhere else and I’m so glad I did not -

This venue is beautiful - tons of different spaces for the whole night (getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing) - and so natural. The cokis were singing to us all night. Me and my husband got married here in April 2023. It was our dream come true!! Carol made it very easy for us to plan and was always so helpful and responsive. Our whole experience at this venue was absolutely incredible. We are both so happy that we decided to have our wedding here. When I think back on my venue choice and my wedding day, I have no regrets at all. Los Jardines Del Castillo was the perfect place for me and my husband. The staff, the food and the convenience of the venue was just spectacular. I live in Boston and had to plan a destination wedding without knowing how I was going to go about it. But Carol made it so easy for me by providing me with the proper vendor contacts that would help create my dream wedding. I will always be grateful that we decided to choose this place. Excellent service, very organized, and good value for your money. Carol really goes the extra mile to accommodate your requests. They provide you with a vast list of suppliers they have worked with in the past which makes the entire planning process less stressful. -

This team is organized, responsive, kind, informative, and reasonable!
This venue includes the DJ and catering, which were all PERFECT. This venue is also sooooo beautiful, which helps with the cost of decorations if you are worried about that. Planning a wedding in Puerto Rico while living in Chicago was quite challenging, but Carol was SUPER responsive and willing to answer all of my questions (no matter big or small) via email and phone. We also scheduled a video call to see the venue, scheduled a time to visit in person, and came again for our rehearsal. The DJ was very professional and responsive, and played everything we wanted (we made a Spotify playlist which I think was helpful too). The chef is patient and INCREDIBLE. Everyone loved the traditional Puerto Rican food that was provided for dinner. On the day of the event, Justina was the venue supervisor and frequently checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. She made sure everything ran well. We got ready in the house and were able to leave our belongings in there during the event, which made traveling to/from the hotel less hectic. The bartenders and ushers were also very responsive and quick. Everything at the venue on the day of was PERFECT. We really have no other words to describe how amazing our wedding was, and how so much of the success comes from the amazing and experienced staff at Los Jardines del Castillo. Thank you forever. It was magical. -

If you are still on the fence about choosing this as your venue, look no further. Not only does Jardines del Castillo (JDC) give breezy mountain greenery vibes, it feels magical, is absolutely beautiful, and is also convenient. Not to mention the amazing staff that will make your day everything you ever dreamt about. Carol, all the Carlos’s, and the rest of the staff are so kind, respectful, patient and provide amazing service. They truly know how to run an event. Starting from day #1, when we were checking JDC out, the team was very cordial and professional, answered all our questions thoroughly and provided their expertise on overall wedding procedures. Communicating with Carol throughout the planning process was easy and comfortable and her responses were always very prompt. She always shared our excitement! As our day got closer, she contacted me to make sure everything was set to go as planned and was always available for last minute discussions. On our wedding day, the venue was spotless, organized, and ready to go. We all absolutely loved the food (the mamposteao’ rice is AMAZING) and to this day our guests are still talking about it. A big PLUS is that they do not charge a corkage fee if you chose to bring your own alcohol, and the bartenders were really cool and willing to prepare our “specialty drinks” as long as we provided them with the ingredients (passion fruit mojitos and vodka palomas).
The package we selected included a DJ who facilitated the music for the ceremony, cocktail, and reception. As requested by him, I sent him a list of suggested songs to play and not to play during the event, two weeks prior. Don’t get me wrong, the party was fantastic, and our guests were dancing the night away, but he played very little of the songs we requested during the reception. Overall the DJ experience was good, but we felt that the entire process of picking out the party songs was a total waste of time, as he just played what he wanted or whatever our guests requested in the moment.
We would choose this venue over and over again if we were to get married again. It was the venue of our dreams, and we could not have pulled it off without the JDC staff. Carol & the team: my husband and I thank you sincerely for making this day so special and perfect. I wish continued success and business and that many more couples decide to get married at this gorgeous, magical, and special place that is Jardines del Castillo. -

A little piece of heaven in my beautiful Puerto Rico!
Carol, her entire team and her contacts for the services were extremely kind, responsible and diligent. The care to each detail on the gardens, ambience and services are exquisite and excellent. Most of my guests came from the US, the Dominican Republic and Europe and were enchanted by the gardens, they are an Eden. The food is delicious and the “cafecito” is delicious.
We rented the room to get ready there and is very convenient, comfortable and very practical. -

Jardines del Castillo was the absolute venue of my dreams. From the minute I stepped foot on the property I knew that it would be the perfect venue for my wedding. It showed the most natural, peaceful part of PR that most do not get to see. My guests were so impressed and were so happy to see be in such a gorgeous, naturesque place. The venue by itself has so much going for it on its own that Decor was only there to enhance what was already there! I will never forget this absolutely gorgeous venue which is a family business owned and operated by the most beautiful and hard working people. We had our 100 person wedding at Jardines del Castillo and the venue did not disappoint. It's perfect for a gorgeous outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, and then the reception can take place either outdoors or under their permanent reception tent. The tent is huge and has more than enough room to accommodate your wedding. There's even a hacienda with multiple rooms for your bridal party to get ready and take photos. We had our ceremony under the gorgeous tree and its pre-strung lights. The great thing about this venue is you don't need a ton of decor because the gorgeous natural green and floral backdrop do most of the work for you. The wait staff we had during the ceremony was exceptional, and everyone kept commenting on how the bartender would remember then and have their drink waiting as they walked up to the bar. We selected a traditional Puerto Rican food for the cocktail hour and dinner and everything was delicious! We worked with Carol for a year putting everything together and making sure it was exactly what we wanted. She did a great job of answering our questions and making sure we had the wedding we wanted. I cannot recommend this venue enough! If you're looking for beautiful AND affordable, then this is the place for you. -

We knew right from the beginning we wanted something outdoors, small and romantic. We looked at a couple places in Puerto Rico but nothing was quite what we wanted. Jardines del Castillo was perfect. It is located in the metro area, has beautiful backdrop greenery, and the spacious enough for an intimate or large wedding. The flamboyan was definitely a selling point, and the pictures came out stunning. Carol was incredibly helpful during the whole process, very professional and responsive. The staff was absolutely AMAZING and the food was delicious. Overall, we can truly say we had the wedding of our dreams. -

I cannot even begin to describe how amazing Jardines del Castillo was as a wedding venue. Carol was always super attentive and communicative. We had to postpone our wedding three times due to COVID and every time Carol reassured us and helped us through any hiccups. I am from Puerto Rico but my husband and his family are from the US. Carol helped us hire a bilingual MC to make sure our guests were comfortable and there was clear communication. The food was delicious, the servers were amazing and super friendly and helped us sort out any questions during the dinner. They were also so nice and made sure we actually had some dinner. People keep telling us we had one of the best weddings, we danced all night from start to finish. I cannot recommend them enough. It was really even better than I imagined. -

I had this venue as a second option on my list but ended up choosing it for my wedding. I should've had it first because it was just perfect in every aspect. The staff were very attentive and friendly, the venue just had perfect spots for beautiful wedding pictures and the place where usually the ceremony takes place is just beyond pretty. The venue has a lot of places for photo opportunities. It's beautiful! We did our ceremony like most others under the tree. For the dinner we had the live paella and let me say, our guest are still talking about how great it tasted. Some were even saying it was the best paella/ rice they've ever had in their lives, no exaggeration. Carol was easy to work with and very flexible when it came to the wedding arrangements. If we ever needed to add anything like lights or use of the bridal rooms, it was easy just to contact her and let her know. Everyone who worked there was so kind. The reception was held on the other side of the castle under this huge canopy room enough for tables and dancing. It was very spacious and comfortable. It's an absolutely beautiful venue. -

Perfect in every way possible.
If you’re looking for the perfect wedding venue in PR, look no further! Los Jardines was the first venue my now husband and I looked at and it was the ONLY one we needed to see-we signed the contract that same day & it was the best decision! From beginning to end Carol made the process so easy-due to Covid we had to postpone not once but twice & Carol was so supportive & helpful along the way! The venue is so BEAUTIFUL that there really is no need for much decoration-from day to night there is magic in every single space of the location. I can’t express enough how perfect everything was, I wish we could get married there every single weekend!haha Thank you Carol & staff for making our dream wedding a reality! -

Amazing service in a gorgeous venue!
From the beginning, Carol was incredible in explaining everything about the venue and the various services included. Planning a wedding far from Puerto Rico can be difficult, but with Carol’s help that was not the case. With the COVID-19 pandemic, we experienced a wedding day postponement, which allowed us to work with Los Jardines del Castillo for a new date and various modifications. Everyone at Jardines del Castillo was able to help us with this transition and making things possible within days of our event. Our small, intimate (30 guest), and short wedding celebration (3.5h) was magnificent. We were able to enjoy our day after using their facilities to ready, and celebrate with our family and friends following the government restrictions and COVID- 19 safety guidelines. Jardines del Castillo service was incredible with amazing food (Puerto Rican cocktail hour) and Chef’s special dinner, security service, as well as DJ. We recommend Jardines del Castillo to all of our friends, family and everyone because of their amazing service! -

Excellent service
The place was amazing and at an affordable pricing. Our first wedding venue cancelled on us due to covid so we were able to book at this amazing place. The thing we loved the most other than the attention was the protocol for safety and synchronized joint cooperation with the rest of my vendors. Desde la primera visita supimos que este era el lugar! Sencillo y hermoso, rodeados de la naturaleza de nuestra isla! Nuestra boda fue justo lo que queríamos. Nuestros invitados (que viajaron de EU y UK) se gozaron tanto como nosotros, ademas de que la comida estuvo deliciosa. Planificar una boda desde fuera de PR no es fácil y gracias a Carol y Carlos todo salió estupendo.
We live in NY and planning a wedding when you can't be there can be difficult, but thanks to Carol y Carlos everything went great! Our guest who traveled from US and UK, enjoy the wedding as much as we did. The food was delicious, we never had a time to do a tasting/ trial so I was nervous about that. -

My dream wedding
My wedding was at Jardines last February. I can't find the words to describe how spectacular it was: the facilities, the landscape, the flamboyan ... EVERYTHING was beautiful and perfect. Still family and friends tell me about how delicious the food was, how beautiful the place was and how much they enjoyed it. I can't stop thanking Carol, who always kindly answered all my questions, and Carlos, who not only calmed my nerves before the ceremony (and gave me peace ...) but also showed off at the bar and his attention to us. Several of my guests were delighted with him! Even the parking guy was super friendly! Definitely, if you want a dream wedding with that romantic touch that does not go out of style, this is your place. -

I was nervous planning a destination wedding all the way from NY, but she went above and beyond and made me feel so comfortable. We chose the authentic Spanish meal which was so delicious. We are still talking about the Roast Pork. Thank you so much for making our dream come true. -

As soon I stepped foot in Jardines del Castillo, I knew this is where I wanted to get married. The venue was gorgeous with all the greenery and flowers! It had a magical feel to it. We, as well as our guests, loved the venue and it's beauty. We truly had a wonderful wedding there! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were very friendly! The only thing we wished we would have done differently was hire a band or our own DJ. The DJ they provided was not very good. He hardly played the type of music we requested and we don't remember him talking during the reception. Other than the DJ, this place amazing and would do it again in a heartbeat! -

Celiany Sent on 03/20/2018El lugar es majestuoso! Justo lo que soñé! Desde el primer día que fui al castillo supe seria el lugar perfecto para celebrar nuestra boda y no tuve que buscar nada más! Maria llegó a tratar de apagar nuestra ilusión pero sólo logró retrasarnos un poco nuestro Happily ever after, el personal del castillo hizo todo a su alcance para que nuestro día llegara y cuando lo logramos este fue uno de ensueño. No existe otro lugar en el que hubiese podido plasmar la idea que tenía de ese día tan especial, solo allí lograría tener un ambiente rustico, romántico y lleno de magia. El día tan esperado llego y todo el personal allí presente en un ambiente familiar asistieron en cada detalle a la perfección. Desde los mozos atentos en todo momento, la comida deliciosa, el bartender excelente y el DJ que nunca dejó caer la fiesta hasta el último segundo, todo espectacular. Nuestro final feliz fue mejor que cualquier cuento de hadas. Los recomiendo una y mil veces a ojos cerrados.

We found Jardines del Castillo from a recommendation of an acquaintance. Never did we imagine that we found our wedding venue on our first site visit. The area eludes magical, historic, natural vibes that fitted incredibly with our magical dark moody aesthetic. Carol was truly a gem. We messaged her nonstop and she always answered our questions. Carlos, the chef, provided an incredible meal that all the guests applauded. From the preparation at the venue’s house to the ceremony and reception, the venue exceeded our expectations. We planned a destination wedding to PR and we chose Los Jardines without ever seeing it in person. Carol did an amazing job working with us via email & phone. We originally thought we would have 50-60 people and when we had several last-minute cancellations Carol worked with us to make tweaks to accommodate our smaller wedding. They're very helpful and work with you to help you personalize your wedding to be exactly what you want it to be. our guests raved about the food, and the DJ was awesome! Thank you Carol for helping us make our DREAM garden wedding come true. IT was so beautiful. -
