We found the Hacienda through our wedding planner as we were looking for a place that was further away from the city but not too far. It's about a 20-30 minute ride from San Juan, very accessible right out of the main highway PR-22. The Hacienda is quietly tucked away in the hills, in a very quiet and beautiful area, very peaceful so it allowed out wedding to take place with no noise disturbance and with very decent weather. The service, decoration, facilities, food and attention to detail was excellent and very affordable. It was truly a great experience all the way from engagement to fulfillment the day of our wedding. The catering was delicious and the staff was very attentive to our needs and those of the guests. Our worries were addressed by Doris and working with her and the staff was seamless. We're recommending this place to anyone who asks us. Mucho amor!!!

Absolutely stunning!!! We had our ceremony and reception in the Ocean Garden which Is the lawn space on the waterfront and it was beautiful, everything we dreamed of! Rosanilda the coordinator from the catering department was so amazing and worked so hard for us keeping everything impeccable, we didn't have to worry about any details during the whole event. She went above and beyond for us during the event and was always available throughout the planning process to answer questions or make changes for us. The wait staff was also very good, very kind and were responsive to any questions or needs. the food was also delicious... everyone loved it!

Hotel El Convento was a love at first sight location; none of the other venues that we toured in VSJ nor other western parts of the island lived up to the charm that Salon Campeche offered. We got married at the Catedral de San Juan Bautista right across the street which made Convento even more appealing. We worked with Nelia Sanchez Ramos from beginning to end and I could not have been happier with her responsiveness, kindness, and professionalism! Every member of the staff that we and our guests interacted with were extremely nice and accomodating. It was also so nice to be able to have food and alcohol on site; additionally, Convento is very well known in VSJ and by floral, decor, planners, and music vendors making the process a lot smoother. I could not reccomend having your wedding here more, yes of course it is pricey but you get what you pay for and the final product shows! It brought tears to my eyes seeing how beautiful the venue turned out and multiple guests told my husband and I that this was the best and most beautiful wedding they had been to.

Lydiette was the event coordinator for the Royal Sonesta for our Wedding. We had a destination wedding and she was so helpful and communicative about the whole process . She was able to set my mind at ease with the whole event any questions I had she was able to answer with professionalism and she was very knowledgeable. She was able to help us make decisions and help our vision come true and it was exactly what we imagined. The day of the event she was very punctual and was great about coordinating and keeping everything on a great time line along with the captain . The Wait staff was absolutely incredible with our guest . The food was top tier and I still have guest raving about the food and drinks couldn’t have had a better experience ❤️ the hotel is incredibly beautiful

We absolutely LOVED having our ceremony and reception here. We were so comfortable and everything was just steps away. Kayshla and her team were incredibly attentive and truly made the whole experience very easy going. I highly recommend couples to consider this place as an option, with it's new remodel and various selections, you'll have plenty of choices at a good price! My husband's family is Puerto Rican. His mother was visiting last summer and toured wedding venues for us. She sent quite a few, but Courtyard Marriott Isla Verde really stuck out to me. I loved the options for the locations of the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc. I also loved that they had a detailed timeline of how the day would unfold. After much contemplating, I decided to go with this venue because of their responsiveness, professionalism, services, and price value. I worked with Juan, who was a dream to work with. He was always responsive and helpful. The entire event went flawless. I cannot say one bad thing. Many people told me it is the best venue / wedding they have every been to. I am 100% satisfied with my wedding here! Also, my husband and I had a personal waiter during the event whose name was Reuben, and he did an outstanding job.

We had a small vow renewal on the beach and everything was perfect followed by dinner inside. The food was to die for and had so many compliments. They were on point with service and helpful in every way

The place was super spectacular, I had my wedding at the place, something super excellent, it is a super clean and family-friendly place, it can be used for any type of event.
