After we booked our venue in January 2025, we were so stressed trying to plan a wedding for 100+ people in 9 months and had no idea where to even begin. We found Kristina and from the very first meeting, she immediately gave us reassurance that we had plenty of time and she put together the most beautiful vision based on my Pinterest board. She was so kind, so easy to talk to, and quickly became the calming presence we didn’t know we needed during this process. Over the 9 months leading up to our wedding, she took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life with the most amazing vendors (all within budget!). All the little details that made our day so special would not have been possible without her. On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. I honestly don’t think anything went wrong, but if it did, we never knew because Kristina handled it. We were able to be fully present and enjoy the moment! We’re genuinely going to miss our meetings with her! Hiring Kristina was without a doubt the best decision we made in the planning process. Our wedding day was more beautiful than we ever imagined, and it’s all thanks to her and her team. I would recommend Kristina to every couple planning a wedding, you will absolutely not regret it!

I am SO glad we hired Shannon as our month of/day of coordinator. While I still did more than I meant to the morning of (setting some things up with my family before she arrived lol), the day really did go seamlessly, and I attribute a lot of that to Shannon and her assistant, Molly. From what I could tell, they were all over the place helping with everything from pinning boutonnières to holding up string lights to help get better photos. They were very attentive in asking what we needed, directing the wedding party when needed, and cleaning up the suite at the end of the night/helping to move everything to our cars. Not even 5/5, but 10/10!!

Ana was absolutely amazing and by far, the most instrumental vendor for our wedding! It was wonderful to be able to enjoy the wedding day and know that Ana was taking care of the details. Although we didn’t have any major catastrophes, she was there to put out any minor fire that arose. Even my dad commented on what a great job she did, and he's difficult to impress. Not only did her work exceed expectations, she is also truly a wonderful person. She was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process ☺

The reason why everyone said our wedding was so beautiful. This woman brought my vision to light. Everything was so amazing. Still reliving the day !!!! Fanee Frederick you are amazing and any bride is lucky to have you!!!

My wedding was perfect because of Tracie! My mother in law asked me after the wedding 'what was the wedding planner there for?" and i said 'EXACTLY!" She didn't notice tracie was running around working all day taking care of all of the things that needed to be done so that my husband and I and our guests didn't have to worry about a think or see any of the behind the scenes work! I was so impressed with her ability to plan and organize things. She fixed some big issues the day of the wedding for us and everything went off without a hitch! I am so thankful that Tracie was with us on our big day!

WOW -- hands down, the best investment we made on our wedding day! Leah and her team set up and took down everything on the big day and made sure everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. I couldn't stop talking about how great she was throughout the day and so many people came up to me to tell me how sweet, professional, and on top of things she was throughout the whole weekend. She kept my glass full the entire night and made sure every detail was perfect. Even during the planning process, she was aways available if I had questions or concerns or just needed to get a thought out. I will recommend the Planning Bee to everyone I know getting married :) Thank you, Leah and Team!!

This young lady is an awesome event planner! She saw to every detail and turned out an incredible 25th Anniversary Celebration for us! I highly recommend her for any type of event! Just Awesome!

Emily is GREAT! We met early on, but I had Emily for my month of planner. She is so friendly, professional, organized, knows so many vendors and people, and was willing to help with anything and everything. Even though she was my month of planner, I do wish I had her throughout my entire wedding planning process. We did have some helpful meetings prior to the month of, so she was helpful throughout the wedding planning process. She ensured things ran smoothly the day of and helped me SO much. The month of the wedding is overwhelming and she made this process so much easier for me. I would recommend Emily to every bride and groom. Thank you SO MUCH Emily.
