Emily is GREAT! We met early on, but I had Emily for my month of planner. She is so friendly, professional, organized, knows so many vendors and people, and was willing to help with anything and everything. Even though she was my month of planner, I do wish I had her throughout my entire wedding planning process. We did have some helpful meetings prior to the month of, so she was helpful throughout the wedding planning process. She ensured things ran smoothly the day of and helped me SO much. The month of the wedding is overwhelming and she made this process so much easier for me. I would recommend Emily to every bride and groom. Thank you SO MUCH Emily.

Choosing Emily Messinger as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made during this process. She helped make our dreams a reality. We, and our families, were so happy with the way the day flowed. Emily was so on top of every detail, lifting stress off of our shoulders. Throughout the process, she was so responsive to our needs and thoughtful in her approach. In a short amount of time, she connected us with amazing vendors who beyond delivered. She coordinated all of the pieces and parts with ease. Her assistant, Michaela, was also amazing to work with the day of our wedding.

We worked with Emily and Exhale events for our August 20th wedding, and WOW, Emily and her team went above and beyond to make sure we were absolutely stress free on our big day. Emily has such a wonderful and warm personality, and she can handle anything your throw at her and will do it with a smile on her face! Truly she became my best friend by end end of everything haha. We had a 30 day contract with her, but in hind sight, I wish I had brought her in much sooner!!! She really is the best! And she is a professional. She knows what she is doing. She knows what you need before you even know what you need. And she has the contacts and wherewithal to make your wedding day absolutely perfect.

As a wedding planner and coordinator myself, it was super important that I hired a coordinator for my own wedding day so I could relax! However, I was extremely nervous to hand over all the details to someone else. When I spoke with Emily initially she was so energetic and joyful and it was her warmth that drew me to her. When we began working together I knew she was a great fit! She covered all the details of my wedding thoroughly, worked well with all my vendors and executed everything just as I had envisioned. She was such a big help! My parents (who were reluctant to hire a coordinator) even commented after the wedding "Emily was so great!". She truly helped make my wedding so perfect and she did so with great energy! I'm so so SO thankful I hired her! From a brides stand point, and a wedding professionals stand point, Emily and the Exhale events team are a tremendous group!

Our wedding was the best day of our lives and we have Emily to thank for that. As a bride, I was stress-free on my wedding day as I knew she would handle any issues that came our way. Our wedding was better than we could have imagined and Emily made the wedding of our dreams a reality. Emily is such a positive person and helped us stay excited about our upcoming wedding amidst the global pandemic. We could not have made the necessary modifications to keep all of our guests safe while still planning the day of our dreams without her. I can't say enough good things about working with Emily in the month leading up to our October 2019 wedding. During the 18 months we were engaged: I changed jobs, took on a demanding project, my mom was diagnosed with cancer and went through chemotherapy, our cat got very sick, and both of our cars broke down. I can honestly said without Emily, I would have been very tempted to cancel everything and elope to the courthouse. However, I'm very glad I got to spend a perfect day with the people I love and I can't thank Emily enough for making it possible!

Emily was flexible, responsive and calm in the face of chaos (and there was a lot of it). She thought of all the little details I didn't and made everything run smoothly leading up to the wedding, during and after. I didn't have a single worry about anything all day because I knew it was all in Emily's capable hands. Our wedding just wouldn't have been the same without her, and I can't recommend her enough!

There aren't enough adjectives in the English language to describe Emily and how good she is at what she does.

I have been working in weddings for 10 years and knew from the start I would need to hire someone for my day. I decided to hire Emily for month of services because hey I've done this before for others and didn't need someone before that, right? WRONG! Oh I should have hired her sooner! Because when it's your own wedding you don't realize how much harder it is.

Emily went to vendor appointments when we couldn't. She went to bat for us when the other vendors let us down. She packed up all our stuff at the end of the night and got it to the right spot. She helped our friend tear down and rebuild the ceremony arbor inside when we got rained out. She brought snacks for our wedding party bus when we forgot. She even went and picked up our rehearsal dinner linens that we forgot to return, while we were on our honeymoon!

Our wedding day was everything we could have dreamed for and more, and it wouldn't have been possible without Emily! I don't think our wedding would have happened without Emily - working full time and going to school for our PhDs left us with no to little time to plan the wedding - but Emily helped make the complicated process of planning a wedding be fun and exciting versus stressful and overwhelming. Emily was wonderful with helping us have a realistic budget but also find vendors that were in our budget. Anything we needed or wanted, Emily helped us achieve. Emily has an upbeat and positive energy in anything she did - which helps reduce the stress of any bride. Our family and friends have given us so many compliments on our wedding saying it was one of the best weddings they have been to. I know for a fact that our wedding was only as magical as it was because of Emily and her team. I cannot recommend Emily enough!

Emily was instrumental in making our wedding day the best day of our lives! Her planning, preparation and attention to detail is truly unrivaled. She is highly regarded by vendors throughout the city, and was wonderful in working together with and managing our team of vendors to execute our vision.
Our wedding planning could have been challenging because we live in another state, which meant accomplishing as much as we could in brief weekend trips to Columbus. Despite the distance, Emily made sure we knew exactly what needed to be done each week, and then each day, leading up to our wedding day. We especially appreciated her willingness to provide honest opinions based upon her knowledge and experience (future brides - this is such an important quality to look for in a wedding planner).
I am someone who needs to be in control of everything, but thanks to Emily, I was able to completely disconnect from that on my wedding day and enjoy every single moment. Our wedding day (and the entire weekend) was perfectly executed, and several vendors even commented that I was the "calmest bride" they had ever seen. There are so many small details a future bride might not think of that can affect everyone’s experience that day, but Emily truly thought of everything. She even picked up and delivered all of our welcome bags to the hotel (and offered to assemble them), and gathered all of our personal belongings from the venue at the end of the evening and transported them back to our hotel that same evening.
Perhaps most importantly, Emily did all of this in the most fun, pleasant and cheerful manner. Her talent and love for her job is unequivocal. We adore Emily, and any bride will be lucky to have her as a wedding planner!!
