After we booked our venue in January 2025, we were so stressed trying to plan a wedding for 100+ people in 9 months and had no idea where to even begin.

We found Kristina and from the very first meeting, she immediately gave us reassurance that we had plenty of time and she put together the most beautiful vision based on my Pinterest board. She was so kind, so easy to talk to, and quickly became the calming presence we didn’t know we needed during this process.

Over the 9 months leading up to our wedding, she took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life with the most amazing vendors (all within budget!). All the little details that made our day so special would not have been possible without her. On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. I honestly don’t think anything went wrong, but if it did, we never knew because Kristina handled it. We were able to be fully present and enjoy the moment!

Kristina was a dream to work with and helped make our special day absolutely perfect! We hired Kristina as a month of coordinator as we wanted to be able to fully remove ourselves from vendor communication on the big day to really be able to enjoy everything. Kristina was an absolute godSEND! From our first meeting, I knew right away Kyle and I were going to be in great hands throughout the wedding planning and day. It’s hard for me to let go and let other people take control of planning events and I honestly regret not letting go sooner with Kristina. Kristina and her assistant were so wonderful to work with! From the time we booked her over a year before our wedding up until the very end of our wedding night, she was so helpful! Kristina answered so many of my questions leading up, helped make signs, and was extremely prepared at our final venue walkthrough. She ensured the day ran smoothly, creating a detailed timeline well in advance and communicating with all of our vendors so we didn't have to. She was adaptable when it rained an hour before our outdoor ceremony and helped ensure that everything would be good to go after the rain stopped. I booked Kristina for my June wedding and she went above and beyond to make Sean and I's wedding beautiful. Our main desires for our wedding was for everyone to have the best time partying, and for us to not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding other than enjoying ourselves, and Kristina made that happen! We used the wedding management services, and leading up to the wedding I hardly had to do any communicating with vendors because Kristina handled this all for us. She was professional and warm, and I had complete trust in her to handle all of the details of the wedding day and man, did she follow through! My now husband and I got to enjoy our wedding day without worrying about any of the details, there were no questions about who needed to be where and I don't even know if there were any hiccups the day of the wedding because Kristina handled it all.
