So helpful

I am SO glad we hired Shannon as our month of/day of coordinator. While I still did more than I meant to the morning of (setting some things up with my family before she arrived lol), the day really did go seamlessly, and I attribute a lot of that to Shannon and her assistant, Molly. From what I could tell, they were all over the place helping with everything from pinning boutonnières to holding up string lights to help get better photos. They were very attentive in asking what we needed, directing the wedding party when needed, and cleaning up the suite at the end of the night/helping to move everything to our cars. Not even 5/5, but 10/10!!

Shannon is an extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring coordinator who helped to make our big day run as seamless and carefree as possible. Without her, we would have not been able to truly enjoy the day together. I highly recommend booking her, and will suggest her to all my friends and their upcoming weddings. She is worth it!!!!!!!

Absolute Best Wedding Day Game Changers!

Working with Shannon was a game changer for our wedding! We had some scheduling issues and she and her team were so flexible and accommodating. She was detailed, thorough, and her mission and vision were clear from the get go. I am pretty good at planning things and details but sometimes it got so overwhelming with just the amount t of options available! Shannon was a quick text/email/or phone call away.

We received endless compliments from family and party goers about how well the wedding was run, decor, and timing. They didn’t feel trapped in a schedule and Shannon’s detailed timeline allowed us to plan the night and keep the fun moving.

Shannon did an amazing job and went above and beyond as our day of planner. She came to a dress fitting to make sure it was just right and attended our tasting as well. She answered all my calls and was always available for advice and reassurance. She juggled all our vendors and came up with a perfect timeline to suit us. She kept everything running flawlessly during our rehearsal and the day of our event. We never had to worry about a thing and it was a relief to know that everything was taken care of and we could just relax and enjoy our wedding. I highly recommend using heart of it all events!!!

Shannon did an excellent job as our wedding coordinator! She met with us early and set clear expectations about what we could and couldn't expect from her. She was responsive and professional in her communication, and followed our relaxed tone. She helped us communicate with vendors and with the venue, and made sure that things were aligned the way we wanted. She put together timelines for the event, customized for the bride, groom, and vendors. She helped with setup and teardown and got things looking just right, and was also flexible enough to work with some of our friends on the day-of. We're really glad we hired her!

Shannon is amazing, she responds quickly, has great ideas and vendors. Shannon is willing to provide you with as much assistance as you would like. I was tasked with planning my nieces wedding due to her mother’s illness. I live out of state and Shannon was a Godsend to all of us. I knew we were in good hands. The day of the wedding she kept us all on task and made sure it all went off without a hitch.

My son and daughter-in-law got married on 6/16/2018. They were nice enough to include me in the planning of their wedding, and what a great experience it was to work with Shannon and Heart of It All Events. We had more than a few guests comment that this was the best wedding they had ever been to. And that's due to Shannon and her attention to detail, her responsiveness to questions/concerns and her professionalism. She is just a delightful person to work with. She has access to excellent vendors. Everything was beautiful, the food was incredible, and the wedding went off without a hitch! I was in event planning for over 30 years; I know what all goes in to planning a successful event, and I highly recommend Shannon and her team at Heart of It All Events. Thank you, Shannon!

Shannon is incredible to work with! Planning a wedding can seem overwhelming with a busy schedule and not knowing where to start. After our first meeting we left with a very clear timeline of everything we needed to have done and when. Shannon also kept in contact with our vendors so we didn't have to, which allowed us to focus on family and friends leading up to our big day. Everything was incredible! Shannon is a wonderful person and an amazing coordinator we were lucky to have her for our wedding.

Heart of it All Events is absolutely incredibly! Shannon was so on top of every single detail and I can confidently say, she made our wedding absolutely worry free. She was very responsive, thought of every little detail and made me feel completely relaxed day-of (after the ceremony bc everyone looking at you is nerve-wracking!).

Shannon was the point of contact for all of my vendors, she met with them onsite and got everyone situated and flipped the room from one event to the next and made it look immaculate.

If you're considering hiring a wedding planner, I would highly recommend Shannon. You will not be disappointed!

We used Heart of It All Events for an anniversary party this summer. Shannon was wonderful at designing an event around the feedback we gave her about what we envisioned. She thought of so many things to make the party special that we would never have considered and made it look easy. She had some great ideas and was very flexible, but also let us know when we needed to confirm a decision in order to stay on track!
