AMAZING Day of Coordinator!
Caroline was an AMAZING Day of Coordinator!! I can’t sing her praises enough. Between helping plan the timeline, answering all of the questions I had throughout the process, and coordinating the rehearsal and everything day of, our wedding wouldn’t have gone off without a hitch like it did. Caroline was super prompt, informative, and super supportive. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

Can't Even Imagine Doing This Alone
Caroline at CW & Co. made the process of planning a wedding such a breath of fresh air. She was always available, kept us on track, and made sure our special day was as special as we had hoped. I can't stress how relieving it was knowing that throughout the entire process, there was someone who was solely focused on making sure our day was what we had hoped. I can't recommend her highly enough!

You need Caroline!
Caroline was the day-of-coordinator at our wedding but she went above and beyond that. She met with me multiple times to answer any planning questions I had and offer vendor suggestions. She helped me build a timeline and emailed all of my vendors prior to the wedding. She decorated our space BEAUTIFULLY (with very little direction I might add because frankly, I trusted her more than I trusted myself 😆). If there were any issues, I had no idea because everything went seamlessly thanks to her work. If you want a worry-free wedding day, you need Caroline!

The best addition to our big day!
Had the absolute best experience with Caroline! I could not recommend her enough as an addition to one’s wedding. She was so supportive and helpful throughout the entire wedding day process and made sure everything went smoothly the day of. Hiring Caroline as our day of coordinator really allowed my husband and I to have a relaxed and perfect day! There were definitely few hiccups throughout the day (I wasn’t even aware of until after the wedding) and if it weren’t for Caroline it would’ve caused a lot more stress than it did. Very grateful and highly recommend!! :)

Relaxed yet in control!
I love Caroline- she is so on top of everything and in control yet gives off the most chill and laidback vibe. We hired her for day-of coordination but she goes above and beyond that, with multiple meetings beforehand and being available for questions and planning help any time. On wedding day, she was in constant communication with me all day and made sure I was never made aware of any stressors or issues. She was there to help from set up, throughout the entire day, and through tear down and clean up. She helped keep everything on schedule and I literally don’t know how I would’ve survived the day without her. If you’re on the fence about a coordinator…you need to hire Caroline!!

Hire Her...
Caroline was awesome to work with. She's calm & level headed about the entire process. She helped us determine what matter in our budget and what we could do without. Caroline was extremely organized day of and made sure we could both relax and enjoy the day with our people. I highly recommend hiring Caroline. She will be your friend throughout this insane adventure. I wouldn't have survived without her!

Caroline was a godsend!
WOW! I cannot say enough positive things about Caroline. We hired her for day of coordination and she went above and beyond EVERY step of the way! From multiple detail meetings beforehand and always being available for random planning questions to picking up my decor the week of and setting everything up, she did everything possible to make the reception go by so smoothly. She was the point of contact for all vendors and deliveries so I had ZERO to worry about on wedding day! I could not have done it without her. If you're at all considering whether or not you need to hire this help, HIRE HER IMMEDIATELY! You won't regret it!

Caroline has the most calming yet in control style!
I loved working with Caroline, I hardly provided her any direction and yet everything turned out beautifully. She took care of the items I didn’t have the patience for and also didn’t contact me continuously, just took control and allowed me to be present. She is extremely knowledgeable on vendors and can provide creditable suggestions in all areas. She was completely essential to my wedding and I would actually like to befriend her.

Hire Caroline RIGHT NOW!!
We used Caroline for day of coordination but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND that. She helped us so much with getting our timeline together and any other little thing we asked! If I didn’t have her the day of I probably would have gone crazy. She took care of everything and there were a few hiccups the day of that she fixed and I didn’t even know anything happened! It was worth every penny to hire Caroline and I could not recommend her enough!
