Caroline was an AMAZING Day of Coordinator!! I can’t sing her praises enough. Between helping plan the timeline, answering all of the questions I had throughout the process, and coordinating the rehearsal and everything day of, our wedding wouldn’t have gone off without a hitch like it did. Caroline was super prompt, informative, and super supportive. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

Can't Even Imagine Doing This Alone
Caroline at CW & Co. made the process of planning a wedding such a breath of fresh air. She was always available, kept us on track, and made sure our special day was as special as we had hoped. I can't stress how relieving it was knowing that throughout the entire process, there was someone who was solely focused on making sure our day was what we had hoped. I can't recommend her highly enough! -

I love Caroline- she is so on top of everything and in control yet gives off the most chill and laidback vibe. We hired her for day-of coordination but she goes above and beyond that, with multiple meetings beforehand and being available for questions and planning help any time. On wedding day, she was in constant communication with me all day and made sure I was never made aware of any stressors or issues. She was there to help from set up, throughout the entire day, and through tear down and clean up. She helped keep everything on schedule and I literally don’t know how I would’ve survived the day without her. If you’re on the fence about a coordinator…you need to hire Caroline!! -

Caroline was so incredibly helpful! At one point during our reception, I turned to my husband and said that our wedding and reception wouldn’t have been nearly as great without Caroline and I still fully think that almost a month later. We hired Caroline for day-of coordination but she was so supportive from the day we hired her two months out. She thought of things I wouldn’t have thought of and I appreciated having her to bounce my ideas off of to make sure I was on the right track. There were so many things I noticed during our wedding and reception that were taken care of without me even having to think of them. It was also so nice having her there to coordinate the setup of all of our vendors so that I could fully enjoy getting ready with my bridesmaids. In addition to being knowledgeable and helpful, it was great to have someone who was such a calming presence during what could have been a stressful day. I was on the fence hiring a day-of coordinator and held off for quite a while but I’m so thankful I did! -

Amazing!
We hired Caroline as our "day of coordinator". She was super helpful during the weeks leading up to the wedding, as well as running our rehearsal, and setting up all of our decor for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. She did an AMAZING job tearing down the decor as well, as we needed to have it out at the end of the night. The price is so affordable and she does an excellent job! You will not be disappointed! -

We used Caroline for day of coordination but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND that. She helped us so much with getting our timeline together and any other little thing we asked! If I didn’t have her the day of I probably would have gone crazy. She took care of everything and there were a few hiccups the day of that she fixed and I didn’t even know anything happened! It was worth every penny to hire Caroline and I could not recommend her enough! -

I enjoyed working with Caroline. She was extremely professional and very friendly. By the day of the wedding I felt comfortable with her, and I trusted to her. Caroline was very organized and efficient. The meetings we had were quick, but communicative. I only hired Caroline as a day-of coordinator, not an overall planner. I was mostly depending on her to decorate for me because we were not allowed to arrive at the venue early so I was unable to decorate for myself. I also needed her to cue the musicians and bridal party. I had taken time to create a document of how I wanted the ceremony area to be decorated. I even took photos to show exactly how it should be set up. I emailed this document to Caroline a few weeks before the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Caroline was in charge of decorating, and most of the decoration were not as I explained. Everything still looked good, but I had taken time to create a document of exactly how I wanted it, and I trusted her to follow it to the details. Unfortunately, a few decorations I had purchased were not used (a strand of solar lights, and shepherd hooks), and there was not enough light in some areas as our ceremony was outdoors at night, and candles were not placed as pictured. However, decorations aside, my big day ran very smoothly, and that was largely thanks to Caroline. I wish she had been more detail-oriented on the big day, or asked questions if she wasn't sure, however, I would recommend her to a friend. She was overall very pleasant to work with.
