Hiring Ericka as our Day-Of-Coordinator was hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding. I can’t believe I even considered trying to do it on my own. She was able to make this perfectionist feel totally at peace on my wedding day. She truly exhibited every quality you could possibly want in a wedding coordinator. It was the greatest gift to be able to 110% enjoy the day and not have to worry about the logistics of anything. Our family was able to relax and enjoy it as well. Everyone needs an Ericka on their wedding day. She was a total sounding board leading up to the big day and was so on top of all the logistics, and everything turned out absolutely beautifully! We truly could not have been happier - the day flowed so seamlessly and we were completely at ease through it all, thanks to Ericka. Highly, highly recommend.

Ericka was by far the biggest saving grace for our wedding day. My now husband and I are the first in our family to get married, as you can imagine neither of us knew what we were doing. Although we had hired EGE to support month-of coordination, she gave me a ton of tips and recommendations for vendors during our first meeting a year prior to my wedding. Regarding the month of the wedding day, Ericka has such a calm demeanor and can handle any tough situation. We had several nuiances with our wedding; a cultural celebration, family friends involved in the planning and wanting to make sure the day went as smoothly as possible. Ericka did her best to take as much as she could off my plate! She led the entire ceremony rehearsal, helped set up the day before and even helped me with my bouquet construction party at the FlowerMan. She stayed and assisted my family with tear down, too. She is an incredible support for any bride, and my husband and I were so lucky to have her on our wedding month. I have already recommended her to several of my family friends, too.

Ericka was such a delight to work with! I realized early in the wedding planning process that I was going to need some help after some pretty devastating life events. I interviewed several wedding planners, but Ericka's enthusiasm and genuine joy won me over. I hired EGE for Day-Of, Design, and Vendor Coordination in January 2021 for my October 2021 wedding. Ericka compiled vendors for me to look over, joined vendor meetings, and generally supported this bride that is awful at making decisions. Ericka and her assistant made our big day feel so easy and seamless - checking in to see if I or my bridesmaids needed anything; beautifully honoring my recently passed Mom and Grandmother; extending our time at the end of the night when I wanted to dance a little longer; even repairing a groomsman's torn pants at the last minute! She was always ready and willing to do whatever needed to be done to help, with a big smile and infectious energy. I highly recommend hiring EGE for any part of your wedding planning process!

Ericka is wonderful and will do anything to make sure your day is everything you wanted it to be and more!! She's precise, detailed oriented, and incredibly talented with floral arrangements. She helped me plan my elopement in Columbus while I was 3000 miles away in California. Ericka scoped out locations for the ceremony, restaurants, and gave me excellent recommendations for lodging, makeup/hair, and a photographer. She kept my budget in mind had lots of tips and tricks to remain within the limit. She made my job as the bride easy, I couldn't have done it without her! Ericka goes above and beyond, I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

I hired Ericka as the day-of-coordinator, and it was the best investment ever! I was comfortable with the planning process, but needed someone to hand everything over on the wedding day. Ericka was very organized, details oriented, and prepared for everything. She helped me and my bridesmaids put together our bouquets in the morning of, helped set up the decorations in a short amount of time, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. I barely had to talk to any vendors and was able to just have fun on my wedding day. Not only was Ericka a great coordinator, she also truly cares for the couple she works with. She was a huge emotional support for me in the last stretch of wedding planning, as things became busy and unexpected emergency happened. Working with Ericka was the best and we genuinely miss our weekly check-ins! We got engaged in December 2019 and started looking for a wedding planner in January 2020. We live in Chicago and knew we were going to need someone local to help us plan our wedding. We had a few calls with different planners but after our meeting with Ericka we knew she was the one! She was engaging, professional, and kind. She made us feel confident that she understood our vision and could make it happen without a six-figure budget. We hired Ericka for her full planning service, and it was the best decision we ever made.

Due to Covid we had some downtime in our wedding planning from March 2020 – August 2020 but Ericka still checked in on us. She provided us a list of vendors to look at once we set our date. When we got our venue, North Bank Park Pavilion, in August 2020 we got right to wedding planning. We worked with Ericka to go through the list of vendors and select who we would get quotes from. She set up all the initial consultations, joined us in our meetings, and guided us on things to be mindful of. By October 2020 we had all the big vendors booked (catering, DJ, floral, hair, make-up).

Ericka was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole planning process. She provided us a timeline of events and would regularly check in to make sure everything was on track. Additionally, she was always so calm! If we were ever stressed about something we could talk to her about it and she never seemed stressed, she would just handle it.

The weeks leading up to wedding day and our wedding day itself went along so smoothly. We know Ericka worked so hard, but she made it seem effortless. Our wedding day is everything we dreamed it would be and more! Ericka and her assistant Miranda knocked it out of the park. Every single detail was accounted for, and the night flowed perfectly. They took care of the setup, vendor communications, tips, tear down, loading up our stuff at the end of the night, and dropping everything off to our family the next morning.

Ericka even coordinated with our maid of honor and best man to have a surprise mariachi band come to the cocktail hour. It was so special and something we will never forget. The day could not have been more perfect!
