Karima & Nicole are the best! So kind!

The Planning Bee's were amazing from start to finish! Karima and Leah made sure our day ran as smoothly as possible and helped make my vision a reality. If you’re looking for a coordinator or partial planner, I highly recommend the Planning Bee team! I was able to relax and enjoy my morning instead of running around, coordinating with vendors, and setting up my decor. They were so flexible and always put up with me changing my mind all the time! All of our family and friends loved them and had so many kind things to say about the team. Our wedding day wouldn’t be the same without them!

We had the good fortune to work with Karima and Nicole at The Planning Bee for our January wedding and they could not have been better. Both were so professional, competent, responsive, kind, and caring. It was apparent from our first 'interview' call that these folks very much know what they're doing and how to help you. There's a long list of services over the course of your planning that this group is great for, the stick out for us was how easy they made the actual wedding day. From coordinating vendors to resolving issues to keeping a drink in our hands during the reception, Karima and her team were just fantastic. If you have an opportunity to have this group involved in your wedding, jump on it - they'll improve your experience more than you would ever guess.

Karima and her team were super professional, open, dynamic and very flexible to work with. If anything we would sometimes miss her deadlines because of work but that did not deter her. Other inconveniences encountered during the process she worked tirelessly to remedy them. The day of the wedding, she executed her duties perfectly. Running around to see things are still afloat. I would HIGHLY recommend her anyday if you want a successful event.

We were on the fence on hiring a coordinator and we’re SO glad we did! Karima and Rachel were a dream to work with. They made the planning process so easy and organized. Our wedding day completely worry free and they executed everything flawlessly. We cannot recommend Karima enough!

Working with The Planning Bee was so easy! I loved having access to aisleplanner. It helped me to plan and budget and help my planner see my vision. I'm so happy I was able to work with Leah. She was very relatable and super sweet. We had a HUGE group. 22 wedding party members plus a lot of parents and grandparents and she did a great job of rounding us up and keeping us as much on track as possible. We had some unexpected weather, not as many centerpieces and decorations as we thought, but Leah was still able to make our vision come to life despite this! Thank you SO SO much for helping make our day PERFECT!

I was recommended to the Planning Bee through a co-worker at the time who recommended them as I was looking for much needed help trying to plan a wedding from start to finish in less than 2 months. I trusted my co-worker as I knew her personally and from the very beginning I knew this would be the right fit just from the way they interacted with my co-worker and how eager they were to help her and me simultaneously.

Saying I was overwhelmed and had no idea where to start is an understatement. I was engaged in February and started planning in March, all while planning on going overseas from half of April until the end of April while planning for a wedding the first weekend in May.

I started working with Ashley, and from day 1 I told her where I was and what I was needing and she got started on everything right away and continued to help me plan, execute and coordinate the wedding of my dreams not only within an incredibly short period of time, but also while planning from overseas with 8 hour time differences while leaving for a honeymoon the next day.

Ashley was able to help me successfully blend and incorporate my mixed traditions and ensure that I had all of my traditional dress changes included. The level of professionalism maintained as well as grace, patience and kindness from Ashley and the ENTIRE team at the Planningbee is outstanding. If you’re on the fence -book them.
